The property is at such ideal location. Further the staff was really nice and cooperative. The apartment itself was really really great!!

It was close to most amenities and attractions in the city centre. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Needs sharp kitchen knives; we had 2 twin beds pushed together and they kept sliding apart during… Shower had a little mildew in the corners. The fan was a welcome addition on warm days. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The location of this property is great-it is close to bus lines and the train station (Haymarket). The property itself is not the newest or the cleanest but it works. You get a small apartment with plenty of room to move around.

The apartment was spacious and clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. It was in a great location near Haymarket and short walk to Edinburgh old town. I really enjoyed my stay and will use staycity apartments in future.

Overall the stay was a good standard. However, the shower leaked water which had damaged the base boards and kitchen floor. There was also a smell of damp in the shower.

Check in was easy. Our flight arrived at 7am and we were able to lock our luggage away until our room was ready. We were party of 5 adults. Apartment was spacious and clean and modern. Only item we needed more of was toilet paper which we easily got asking at front desk. Staff were nice and helpful with any questions we had. Location great…easy walk to restaurants and 15-20 minute walk to the castle. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable and convenient location, walkable to city center. Front desk friendly and accommodating. Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Would recommend staying here! Only con is the all in one washer dryer unit. There was no setting to wash and dry separately. Used the setting for the least drying cycle to hang up clothes but some of our clothes shrunk!

Bathrooms need towel hangers, better lighting and anti slippage strips and handles in shower. Shampoo and conditioner would be nice. A mat to absorb water from shower to flooring would help. Other than this, OK.

This area is undergoing fast transition from industrial past to hip, gallery-, good cafe-, unique vegetarian restaurants area. 20 min walk to center and to great food and less touristy Bruntsfield area.

Bedding wasn’t particularly clean. The apartment in parts needs a refresh. Bathroom in particular. Shower controls are not the best and finding the correct water temperature wasn’t easy.

Brilliant self catering option
Convenient location. Very clean and well appointed apartment. Excellent if, like us, you prefer self catering to staying in a hotel. Secure underground parking. We drove down from further north so somewhere safe to keep our car was essential. Also very easy to find whether travelling by car or public transport.

Apartment was very was good. Good location within walking distance to City Centre. Clean spacious and reasonably quiet. Check in was a bit of a pain, as Check in isn’t until 3pm. We arrived early and were hoping room maybe ready but it wasn’t ready until just after 3pm. Although we did drop our baggage off. I would use again but they have increased prices by a ridiculous amount for next year. For the same dates and for 2 nights same as we had this year the price has increased by a further £150. So won’t be going.

This was a great stay. Staff were very helpful. Only minor gripes are the heating/cooling did not work very well in our apartment and the washer/dryer instructions in the room were not terribly clear.
