Galvin Brasserie de Luxe - The "Theatre of a Crustacea" showcase is at the heart of this bustling brasserie with dynamic service, resembling a traditional Parisian bistro. Peacock Alley - Inspired by the grand social promenade that connected the original Waldorf and Astoria hotels in New York, Peacock Alley is the hub of the hotel’s social scene, the perfect setting for a quintessential afternoon tea, or an evening cocktail or two.
