Family visit

Posted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness Comfort Attentive staff Great breakfast No problem with dogs
Cons: ?
Location: We came to visit family, but it is conveniently located next to I35
Very clean, up to date, and nice facility! We had our two chihuahuas with us, and they were treated well too! Breakfast was great (real bacon & eggs). Staff was attentive, but not intrusive. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel

Posted Feb 18, 2014
There was only one clerk at the desk with at least 10 different people wanting to check in. It took longer than I would have liked, however my room was clean and peaceful. The elevator was messing up so I did have to climb 4 flights of stairs.

Nice, clean, well-located hotel

Posted Dec 29, 2013
Pros: Clean and straightforward
Cons: Christmas day we were one of only a couple of people in the hotel. Maid service gave us towells but otherwise did not clean or make the bed.

Pros: Location and fairly easy access to our destinations.
Cons: Nothing at this time.
Location: Oklahoma Christian University and UCO. Arboretum in OKC, National Memorial in OKC.
We would have appreciated letting us know that the hotel went from a Comfort Suites to a La Quinta before we arrived. We had to go to a gas station to ask where the Comfort Suites was located and the station attendant remembered that the hotel had changed its name on the outside. The staff is doing fairly well with working through a transition. We did have some problems with our key cards in having access to the pool and after they helped with the pool access, our keys no longer worked for our room. That is more a problem with transition, I hope, than with staff problems.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable!!

Posted Dec 16, 2013
Pros: Close to interstate, but no traffic noise.
Cons: All good. Breakfast was nice and efficient too. Hotel name had Changed to La Quinta-got a call on day of stay about the change of name????
Location: Main part of town was less than mile away. Plenty of choices to eat or do some light shopping. Walgreen's was nearby to get some cold medicine.
Got to hotel late to check in. No problems. Check in was quick and efficient-which was important because I was tired and ready to get to my room. Great room and it was nice and quiet.

Just Okay

Rooms were decent. The hotel facilities were unkept. Staff was okay, but you could see from appearence why the facilities were dirty and unkept. I would likely seek another hotel for the price.

Good easy location on and off I35 to get to activities in either Edmond or OKC. Free breakfast was good but basically the same options every day - more variety would have been nice. Pool is very small. We didn't use it put may have if larger. Very pleasant employees and nice rooms.
