“Great Find by the University- felt like royalty”

I loved this hotel. I loved the suite- with the French glass doors to the bedroom, the two TVs, the roomy washroom, the microwave and free hot chocolate. I loved the fridge that actually held quite a bit, and I loved the bar type kitchen eating area with barstools. I loved the concierge service that cleaned it every day and I really just felt pampered and spoiled. I super loved the great view from my 15 storey window, postcard like so picturesque, looking all across downtown and at the night lights on the High Level Bridge. It was a great way to see Edmonton, probably the best ever. I loved the walking too - right beside the university campus, and the hospital, within blocks of parks, many lovely restaurants and coffee shops, many fast food outlets too, even a church on the main floor of an apartment complex. I loved the access to 82nd avenue, all that shopping, the 24 hours two -storey drugstore, the huge Safeway's for groceries. The location is just tremendous. I found the staff fun and very kind. I loved the free newspapers every morning and though I did not use it, it was great to see an exercise room there too. I am glad it apparently is OK to bring your dog, since I would be happy to do that some time. i have a little Bichon Shih Tzu. The free Internet was wonderful and I was able to keep up with all my work. I left the room reluctantly the last day, actually saying out loud to myself, Ah, too bad I have to go.

“One of the best places to stay in Edmonton”

Everything about this place was pretty good, relaxing and friendly. Only problem was that one of the two elevators available, was out of order throughout my stay, almost two weeks! Apart from this unusual and somewhat uncomfortable occurrence, the room's cleanliness; comfort; design, and available appliances was quite satisfactory. Restaurants offering quality menus and choices, and other services are in the immediate vicinity of the place. I'd definitely choose the same place to stay, upon any return visits to Edmonton

The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for taking a weekend course at the University.

“Great Suite at UofA”

We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always pleased with the experience. It is located right at the U of A campus with easy access to downtown Edmonton, Whyte Avenue, and the LRT station. There is also an Earle's resaurant downstairs and coffee shops, other restaurants, and a convenience store on the same block. We always get a kitchenette suite because we travel with our 5 year old son and it's easier for snack time and meal time to have a small kitchen. Plus, there is more room in a kitchenette suite so he can have room to play with his toys and not be in the way. Our rooms have always been clean and modern. The only complaint we ever have is that the fold out couch in the living room is never very comfortable. OK for one night but not much longer. Friendly staff and great location make this hotel our first choice when travelling to Edmonton

Very courtious service. The room was big, had a fully equiped kitchenette. Not luxurious, but very nice and well kepted. Overall, I would recommend and return there. Good location if you are visiting the University of Alberta.
