Good Location

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Sound proofing in the windows. Or extra drapes.
Location: Directly across the street from Rexall Place.
My wife and daughter stayed here facilities were okay. However due to the noise outside of the hotel, sirens, traffic it was difficult to sleep. They had a seminar booked the next day in close proximity so it worked out well.

Nice hotel is you like the partying type

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: The bass never quits.
Cons: The bass could actually be louder as it wasn't felt through my bed.
Location: The crazy loud, bass saturated, cesspool of party on the main floor. No sleep for anyone here!
If you want a good night's sleep, don't stay here. The bass from the club on the main floor reverberates throughout the building. This is not a hotel for sleeping, but a hotel for night-time drum & bass craziness. Fail.

Wouldn't recommend this to an enemy!

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Arrived there and parked in the parkcade across the alley way from it. Got into the place and it seemed ok. Not good or great. Got to the first room and the thermostat was hissing. Got switched to a 7th level (top floor) room. It had stains EVERYWHERE on the bed and floor and duct tape holding the one mattress cover onto the other mattress and also no air conditioning and no way to open the window to get a breeze in. Could also hear the people in the other room clear as day. Went down stairs and left the hotel 10 minutes after arriving originally. To top it off I got a call two days later saying the tv in the original room I was supposed to stay at was broken and if I was found responsible they were gonna charge me $200 for it. Would sleep in my car before id consider to try stay there again

The manager was so incredibly rude to us, I would never ever spend a night there again.

The parking lot is awful.

Posted Aug 11, 2014
We were told to take valuable things out of the vehicle and we saw the sign of prevention thief at every parking lot. There is no any safeguard for vehicle safety. That let us worry about our vehicle and stuff inside. But fortunitely, the vehicle was intact next morning.

Cheap was only good thing about it

Hotel staff said the band on main floor would be playing till 2am when I asked if they could turn down the volume. I was moved to the top floor which helped nothing because I still heard the band. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Our stay there was great. We found it to be great for rexall centre and the lrt. The lrt gave us easy access to most points in the city
