Nice hotel close to food and parks

Pros: it was clean and the staff were nice and courteous
Cons: The facilities could be improved
Location: The location is close to the mall, food and parks
Very good experience. The staff there were very nice, courteous and friendly. It is quite suitable for business people or people visit the area for a few days.

Comfortable and Clean

Room was clean and comfortable. The heater wasn't working all that great, but not a huge deal. We were pretty comfortable. Continental Breakfast was a little lacking in selection of food.

Interesting Day

Didn't start off well first TV wasn't working, then discovered the bathroom wasn't finished being cleaned. There was no hesitation in moving us to another room. It was raining when we arrived and by the time my wife was able to go out to the vehicle to put the slip on the dash rain had frozen resulting in her slipping and hitting her head on the concert. Hotel staff apologized for the icy conditions.

Good, convenient hotel, great value

Pros: This has a convenient location, with enough basic amenities, and a gym. It's clean and comfortable.
Location: I was visiting family. The location was very good of my purpose. I loved the Tim Horton's nearby, and Buddy Wonton Restaurant further down the street.
I had a pleasant stay the three nights I was there. I did not have a chance to try their complimentary breakfast on my last visit, but it's good they have it. I liked the gym, which was vacant every time I was there, but I needed the exercise, and it was adequate for me. The staff was courteous. I would stay there again without qualms.
