Only one hanger. Surface tops sticky. Toilet running continuously unless I went into tank to fix. Needed room that was accessible with walker. Requested this prior to arrival and said was will to stay in a smoking room if needed. When i arrived, i discovered that the notes for my request said I requested a smoming room and nothing about needing an accessible room. Given smaller room than booked, 1 bed insted of 2 and no air conditioner. Charged original booking price. Carpet had been cleaned that day, so it was wet and room was very damp feeling. Requested no housekeeping service during my stay. Was told to come to front desk if need to exchange towels or needed anything. One day = no service. Next day housekeeping was in my room. Informed GM. Was told he would look into it as that should not have happened since I requested no service. Next day, again housekeeping was in my room. Informed desk staff. Was told upon checkout that it wasn't housekeeping's fault as it hadn't been put on their sheet. No " do not disturb" was available for me to put on door. Was going to book for next year but based on how things were handled decided to book elsewhere. When mentioned this while checking out, the only response was "ok". Email sent 5 days ago not responded to or acknowledged (used email link on website). I felt that I was not valued as a customer and that they really didn't care about my business. In fact I was made to feel like i had unrealistic expectations regarding service.
