“Fabulous/ comfortable/ great environment”

My stay was great. The only negative which doesnt effect the was i felt about my stay was that i required more shampoo and conditioner and did get new ones everyday ( which is okay cause i could have asked and i probably would have got some) and my last night i droped my water bottle on the side of the bed and while i was reaching and looking for it i pulled out a mans pear of socks- yuck.

the outside is under construction but other than that, it was an excellent stay!

I have to say everything was terrific. The beds were so comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

It was awesome, the kids has a blast in the pool...it's a very nice hotel, newly renovated and very clean

“Will Stay Again”

This used to be a Holiday Inn and they have since renovated this hotel and I must say for the better. The rooms are really nice and comfotable, the staff was great and they also provided us with a Hot breakfast free for our stay. It wasn't like the usual continental breakfasts at all. The hotel was still under renos on the outside but that didn't matter. The swimming pool could have used a good scrub but it didn't stop my son from swimming. I will surely stay there again.

“Interesting experience”

This hotel was under construction...but everything was great. Rooms are extremely nice and comfortable. Should be great when finished.

“A hidden gem”

The hotel wasn't along a main route, however once we were there, it was very easy to get back to. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and our experience very pleasant. Our only concern was the hotel being under construction.....the front entry was not accessible and with only one elevator working (better than our last hotel where none worked), we, among others, decided to walk down the stairs. The stairs led us outside instead of back tot he main floor, behind the building in the middle of construction and 2 feet of snow. But if this is the only wrong with the hotel, wait for the elevator next time. All in all, we will definitely go back!

“clean and classy modern, rennovated rooms”

Getting in and out of the hotel was difficult, but we were only there for one night. So once we were moved into our room, we were quite comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was decent. All staff were very courteous. I hope the re-invention/new hotel goes well. It was a bit chaotic, but the room was very tastefully done. If that is an indication of the hotel's direction for style-I will recommend to others and hope the restaurant/menu gets a classy (and overdue) makeover too.

“Modern, Clean, Remote”

They are currently doing renovations. It was clean, modern, reasonably priced. ..... very remote, almost had the hotel to myself!!!! was great, but next time might stay closer to the inner city. I was also upgraded to the suite because the restaurant and lounge were closed for the holiday. If you prefer a harder bed they are not for you.
