Staff was very friendly and easy going. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable and clean. The hotel has a free laundry room and a nice comfortable fireplace room. The continental breakfast was delicious and had quite the variety. The Ricky's restaurant on site was inviting and the food was amazing, especially for an affordable cost. Overall, the price we paid for this wonderful experience was well worth the stay and I'll definitely go back.

We had a small dog and we so welcomed around the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous and the cookie treats at the front desk were awesome. We loved the pool but sad the hot tub wasn’t working. Overall our stay was wonderful, the bed were comfy and the cleaning staff were wonderful!!

The only complaints were, the hottub was not useable due to cleaning. We needed batteries for our TV remote because it wasn't working and a couple of blankets and were told both times that we had to come to the front desk to get them. We've never had that happen before, usually someone comes to the room with the items. Seemed a little weird.

We stayed at the Days Inn & Suites after we returned from a wonderful trip to Mexico for 1 month. It was such a pleasure to be greeted by friendly staff when we arrive after midnight. We were checked quickly and were able to go to our room as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and everything was available that we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast which was different than many hotel breakfast that we had experienced before. Would gladly stay agai,

I rated this as high as I did because of the nightly rate. I paid $110 dollars and stayed one night. There was no extra charge for parking, my previous stays in Edmonton have been downtown where it is common to pay $25 a night for parking. It is in a great location if you are going to the airport or the hospital. There is a complimentary hot breakfast offered as well.

I flew in late from a trip, spent the night with my mom. As she took the shuttle in the morning back to the airport, I slept in before travelling home later in the day. Housekeeping decided to walk into the room at 8am because our room number was on the shuttle list! No knocking on the door, just walked right in. Unfortunately there was no DND card in the room, and the door wasn’t deadbolted as I was still asleep when my mom left. When I called her to confirm, the front desk staff asked if we were checking out and she clearly explained we were not checking out and I was still in the room. When I called the front desk to share my terrible experience she tried to blame the night auditor and try to explain. There is NO EXCUSE for this type of invasion of privacy at 8am without a formal check out!!! No apology or anything. Just a rude front desk agent. I will not stay here again.

Our stat was excellent. The staff were caring, considerate, and accommodating to our circumstances. We were to have arrived at 11pm March 13, but due to delays, didn’t arrive until March 14 at 6:30am. The staff had already arranged for us to have a quiet room and later check out. The breakfast was quite substantial with a variety of options to fit all tastes. We were able to enjoy an early bite, freshen up, and get some rest before continuing our travels.

No elevators that work, apparently under maintenance. Not very convenient when my dad with walker and told we had to go up stairs to second floor only avail room with 2 queen beds. We were forced then to rent another room on ground level to accommodate us all.

Had to stay because of road conditions. The elevator was not working. Room on the 4th floor. No biggie. A good work out with steel toed boots. The drink machine only takes coins, I had bills. The hot tub and ice machine were out of order. The lady at the front desk was fantastic!
