Front desk staff wasn’t really helpful when I needed something cleaned in the washroom when I first got the room. Offered to bring me supplies to clean up a mess in the washroom that was left prior to me checking in. Would not give me an extra pillow for pull out couch. Just an overall not great stay for the price.

The breakfast was good, but not as good as the one by the airport. The coffee they had available after the breakfast was served was lukewarm. I would recommend staying at the one by the airport The amenities ar yh7

The air conditioning did not work. You could hear the toilet flushing upstairs. Bed was terribly squeaky and uncomfortable. The food at breakfast was not great. Liquid eggs were inedible.

Check in was simple and staff was friendly. Couldn't find any place to get drinking water, asked front desk and was told to use vending machines as bottles water at the desk was for 'members'. Double queen room, nice and clean and didn’t look too outdated. Arrived later in the evening, went to the pool which wasn't too cold. Hot tub was hot, top jets didn’t work, shower in the pool room wouldn't warm up. Found water dispenser in the fitness room Breakfast was great, lots of options.

The room and the property the overall hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was nice but because there were a lot of teams visiting that weekend towels and some garbage was left there overnight so a morning swim was a bit messy poolside. I would suggest that security walks by the pool every once in a while when it is populated by sports teams

The property is very nice with comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, train tracks are very close, with trains running often. Suggest getting a room opposite the tracks.
