I've stayed at 2 Hampton Hotels in the past year and find the staff to be very well trained in public relations and congeniality. The quality of the hotels ammenities are excellent and the price is very reasonable.

Hotel is new and nicely done. Staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was outstanding.The only disappointment was there was no fridge or microwave in our room.

The Hampton's Inn and Suites in Edmonton had the best staff I have ever had out of any place I have ever stayed. They were kind and very welcoming!! The rooms were very nice and clean!! The breakfast that they offer was amazing!!

Would always recommend this hotel. Staff were excellent. Re-stored our faith in the Hilton chain. The free breakfast and all you could drink coffee was excellent and the room was clean, tidy and very comfortable.

“Great for families”

This hotel is perfect for families. A complete, hot, well-balanced breakfast is included, there is a great pool, hote tub and also a kiddie pool with 'mushroom' that sprays water !- perfect for very small kids. We had absolutely no comlaints. We are a family of 5 and this is one of the few hotels that could accommodate us - AND one that we would actually stay at - many of the others were not to our liking and this was very close to the WEM. Staff were very friendly, everyone said 'hi' when we walked by or entered the hotel - it was really nice. We were visiting the West Edmonton Mall for 5 days and this hotel was about 2.5 kms from the mall. We took an easy, very short cab ride each day and staff knew to call us a cab each morning when they saw us approach the front desk - very attentive! Overall, hotel is an excellent value and really is a great choice for families - it is brand new, clean, rooms are nice and well-decorated, there is a pool, wi-fi in the rooms, free breakfast...what else could you ask for?

“Excellent service and location”

This is a top quality hotel with excellent service. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good and the kids love the pool. The location is easily accessible.

“Will stay here again”

The room was nice and clean. Was surprised there was no mini-bar, but maybe they are a thing of the past. The bed was especially nice (it felt quite new), and the linens were very clean. Bathroom was clean and bright. We didn't figure out the fan could be turned up in the room until the following morning, but we know now for next time. Check-out was fast and the complimentary breakfast was excellent - everything you could want to eat was available.
