“The Staff was exceptional”

The Greenwood Inn was located close to my business requirments and it provided clean rooms, excelent dining and the best staff I have encountered in a long while. Even though thewre was snow and ice all around, they always had the pathways cleared and safe. They do business the old fashioned way, they take care of the customer first!

We were very pleased with the Greenwood Inn. It was located good for us re Leduc airport, West Edmonton Mall and just south of that countless places to eat and shop. Must say the restaurant provided a nice relaxing atmosphere by the fire place also. Was a good place to eat without having to go anywhere. The salt pool was a treat also. We were able to take care of some computer business downstairs also. Was handy for us. The pub inside was also relaxing. Excellent atmosphere. No complaints. Our main reason for being in Edmonton was to attend a wedding. We stayed 3 nights.

Great hotel- we really liked our room and loved the breakfasts at the hotel restaurant. We would have liked to park underground but it was full and only for guests with king beds.

This hotel is right beside the railroad tracks but this was not a problem. Our room overlooked that tracks but we did not notice the trains. It is close to lots of shopping and has easy access to the Whitemud Freeway if you are heading to West Edmonton Mall. Plenty of choices for dinner are nearby. Great value, clean, and a very pleasant and helpful staff.

“Good Hotel”

Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. My room was on the back side of the hotel so facing the train tracks. Some trains passed by but I the noise did not bother me. Overall good value for the money.

“AWESOME HOTEL”

My husband and I travelled through Edmonton just after Christmas 08. Thanks to Expedia we got a great deal on this hotel. When we arrived with our TWO Rotties in tow, they welcomed us with gracious excitement. This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Our bed boasted a duvet cover and was quite high off the ground that you would just fall into bed a sleep like a baby. The pillows were the most comfortable I have ever used outside of my house. The housekeeping were very prompt and courteous although a little nervous of our dogs. We assured them they wouldn't be left alone in the room at any time. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I will stay here anytime I am in Edmonton. Dog friendly hotels are hard to find and when you do, you know dogs are allowed. The Greenwood Inn Edmonton, when you walk into the room, it smells fresh and clean. I still am shocked that dogs are welcome in such a beautiful place. Thank you so much!!!!! Rob and Jen
