Front desk person very rude

We usually have great luck here and have stayed numerous times, after the way the front desk fellow treated us, we will find alternate arrangements next time.

I traveled from Calgary to edmonton. I was so looking forward to the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately I found out it was being renovated. Should have mentioned it on website. Good staff and great clean hotel

Nice hotel

A lot of hotels were booked so we chose this one. We did not see a claim about the swimming pool being renovated. Maybe it was there. Maybe not on expedia s web site. Too bad.

Convenient hotel location in South Edmonton

Basic stay. ....in late out early. Only used the bed, washroom and coffee maker. Didn't even turn on the TV. 'Great stay' the essentials were all there at a good price in this marketplace.

IT WAS AN OK HOTEL. WE PHONED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FOR SUPPLIES WE FORGOT AT HOME. WAITED FOR 30 MINS, DIDN'T GET WHAT WE ASKED FOR. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO RUN DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK WHEN THEY OFFER ITEMS? IF THEY WOULD HAVE SAID WE DON'T HAVE SOMEONE TO BRING UP THEN FINE. THE POOL WAS NICE, HOT TUB HAD A RING OF DIRT ON IT. YUCK!!! PRICE WAS GOOD SO I SHOULDN'T REALLY COMPLAIN..... WON'T RUSH BACK THERE AGAIN....

Nice hotel easy access to attractions and shopping

Pros: We orginally booked this hotel because we were going to bring the dogs (the hotel has a great green space in the back so that the dogs can utilize).
Location: Two shopping centers, Southgate Mall, Valley Zoo and Fort Edmonton Park only minutes away. West Edmonton Mall only 15 minutes away.
Arrived late and was greeted with a smile and a quick check in. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Check out was quick and painless. Being beside the train tracks was NOT an issue, never heard a thing.

It was a good hotel

It was a good hotel, but not excellent. Clean and modern rooms. Able to rent movies on the TV. Found the rooms a bit small for three adults and two young children. At the reataurant, good choice of food and fresh.
