Pictures of the hotel including the rooms and pool need to be updated. The pool area was not the cleanest and the hot tub left you feeling slimy, the rooms are VERY outdated and not kept well, the front desk staff were nice but not very accommodating, the breakfast lady was amazing and super friendly though. Overall we will not be staying here again.

The hotel was just fine for a night before an early morning flight. I wish we had a way to have known the included breakfast didn't start until 6:30 on weekends - no food was available before we had to leave for the airport. The waterslide was a hit with the kids, so overall things were fine.

The property has a great pool that the kids loved, and great staff who were so kind and friendly. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The maintenance of the rooms needs a bit of work (toilet rocked, water stains on ceiling/what looked like ketchup was on the roof of my room, and other minor things) but overall we had an amazing stay as most of our time was spent in the pool.

Room 241 was the worst o room I have ever stayed in, and we use hotel rooms like 150 days a year. Furnace in the corner so loud that we did not sleep! And hot, cold ,hot, cold and soon. As soon as furnace shut down.

The pool and breakfast were great and my child had fun. Unfortunately after confirming five times over the phone with the hotel that a certain type of room was available and offered it was not upon arrival. The front desk staff were rude when asked about this, no resolution was offered and if I had known ahead of time that what I wanted wasn’t available I would have picked a different room. Upon entering the room there was food under the bed and thick layer of dust under the sink where the linens were kept. I will definitely not be staying at this location again.

This property advertises free airport shuttle. This excludes wheelchair users. Wheelchair users are not welcome on any shuttle at this hotel. Very disgusting behaviour and service.

The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and the hot breakfast included was a bonus. Overall great experience. The only thing I didn't realize was that the hotel is located right next to the train tracks and the train passed regularly throughout the night.

I always book with IHG, the only thing of this property is the there was no complimentary bottle of water. Also, we could hear the next room television which was kind of annoying as we had to be up at 5:00 am next morning.

This place was nice maybe if the owners would not let all the fly and park fill their parking lot close to the main building I would stay again . Checked in on the Friday and staff told me all the parking was from non guests, had to walk 1/2 block . I will not stay here again because of the parking
