“Easter stay”

Not one bit of hassle in the booking and our stay. It was surprising though that we're allowed to check in only after 4pm on saturday... Yet because we were priority card members, we were given late check out at 2pm

We have been going to Edmonton with our kids for a few years now. We haven't been able to find a hotel that is clean and comfortable, until now.This hotel is amazing. Breakfast is very reasonably priced and very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great for our kids. The hot tub had a bit too much chemical in it but just to sit in it was very relaxing. I was able to watch tv from the workout room. It is great that it is non-smoking. We will go back next time. It is an easy drive to West Edmonton mall as well. Great place.

“Great Location, comfy room”

We booked this hotel because of its location to the West Ed Mall. First time finding it was a little tricky, but after that it was easy to get back and forth to. It is located in a business district, close to a Timmies and car dealerships, so it is fairly quiet at night. Not within walking distance to the mall. The restaurant in the hotel was slow and fairly expensive, so would recommend just eating at the mall. Some of the food court places are open before the mall opens at 10. The room was comfy, with nice bedding and pillows. We would stay here again.

“Great location”

The hotel was very easy to find, even without a city map. It's on the same route as the West Ed mall, easy to find your way back to if exploring the city. The hotel is fairly new, so the rooms were all up to date and we slept very well. The pool and hot tub were very small though, and no slides.

great check in/out, convienent to downtown and mall, good restaurant/bar, Tim Horton's just a block away...need I say more

“"The best Hotel'”

I recommend this Hotel personally. Everything is perfect more than i expected.Nice and cozy. The fabrics all in white. The washroom are perfect with mathing white nice towels ( not the cheap one). Awesome stay love it. I definitely come back next time i'm out of town.

“Time to relax”

The room was clean. This hotel was very soundproof!! We slept until 10 without being woken up by people walking down the hall to check-out. Only complaint is the size of the pillows. They were quite small, but otherwise the room was great, location is very easy for West Ed shoppers! Also, easy freeway access if you are looking to go shopping in the South Commons (IKEA) area.
