The check in at the hotel was effortless. The staff were kind and the room exceeded expectations.

“upgrade to a suite”

We have stayed at the Mayfield before, the staff there is over the top friendly and helpful ( Their Canadians!!). We originally stayed in the regular hotel part which is part of the package thru expedia. We upgraded to a 2 room suite. Beautiful!!. Lots of room, great bed and pillows. We will definantly stay there again...with an upgrade

I spent two days in this hotel, as a traveller with pet I can say you than the staff is very friendly. In fact, they gave me a better room then the reserved by expedia.

Great hotel. Stayed in a king suite and it was clean well appointed. Enjoyed the amount of space available. Free internet and water readily available. Morning buffet breakfast complimentry with the room was enjoyable however I ntoiced a meal of french toast with maple and pecans looked delicious.

“Fantastic Place in a big city”

This was a nice hotel and the cost were comparable to the area and the location. Location close to West Edmonton Mall. Food was good. Totally satisfied with hotel and would reccommend it to fellow travellers

Great hotel to stay at at a very good price.Close to the Mall cab fare was about 15ish but DO NOT use the avis their horrrrrribbllleee customer service! Worst i have ever had we ended up returning the car and paid 250 in cab fare because of the bad service.Spent half a day sorting out their crap.

“Cozy room”

We stayed in a Deluxe courtyard room and the duvet bedding was very comfy. The room was quiet, I am not sure there were many guests in that section or not. The only real complaint is that we were near an exit door near a linen area and one am staff came in and out several times with banging of the heavy door, but it only lasted 15 min max. Otherwise, very pleased.
