Not the best pick

Pros: Location
Cons: Wireless access should be available in the rooms. The exterior and parking lot shows it's age.
Location: Close to the airport.
This was an on line booking when I arrived The front desk staff was more interested in making sure they got my credit card for the hundred dollar damage deposit for the rooms then providing us with information such as if breakfast was available and if so where and what time. You had to be in the lobby to pick up an internet signal it couldn't be picked up in the room. It was clean but the smell of cleanser was really heavy in the room.

Clean and close to airport

Pros: Park and fly is great. Microwave and fridge in room was a plus.
Location: Lots of hotels around. Industrial site. Quiet. At night.
Shuttle was great. Continetal breakfast was great.

Pros: It was close to where I needed to go for work and they had great staff.
Cons: The free breakfast was rather limited. Considering they provided toasters, having the option for frozen waffles would be nice.
Location: Very busy road to cross as a pedestrian to get to convenience store. No shops around and nothing to do unfortunately.
The staff was helpful and cheerful which was really nice. The first stay I had though, my room had trim pealing from the ceiling in the bathroom and a blocked up hole where the fan should be.

A Night from Hell!!

Pros: nothing!!
Cons: unless you break it down and rebuild it...there is no hope for this hotel
My 9 year old and I were woken very rudely around 11 with some guests that checked in and you could hear pretty much every sound that was made and they had 2 little kids who were running and you could hear them take showers, the water was trickling right next to my bed..it was an awful awful experience and my daughter had a swimmeet the next day and she hardly got a proper sleep. It was just horrible!! I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone and I cannot believe that this hotel is part of expedia!!! I was going to recommend this hotel to my swim club for future swim meets..but that will never ever happen!! A very horrible experience!!!

Close to airport, comfy!

Picked this hotel because of its closeness to the Edmonton airport and the price. Was very happy with the hotel. Nothing special but clean rooms with very comfortable beds and renovated bathroom. Overall happy, would choose again!

No parking, had to pay to park next door, beds are hard as concrete, and the shuttle doesn't have a Quality Inn logo on it so we stood outside the airport freezing because we had no idea it was our shuttle. They have an ok continental breakfast but definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Limited extended parking available

We got off to a bad start as I was told there was parking available while we were in Mexico and there is only about 10 spots with no plug ins. Then there was only one computer available and it was being hogged for a couple hours. Tried to do business on my iPhone but that was unsuccessful. When I did get the computer the printer didn't work, I was getting very cranky. However the desk clerk was very professional and didn't get flustered. Eventually we did get a spot to park next door, the room was very comfortable, I figured out the Wi-Fi and we booked there for the night on our return trip. The shuttle was fast and efficient, and it all worked out well. Just don't show up expecting parking.

Needs repairs

Was sent to 3 different rooms due to water leaks, room was clean and comfortable but still had small leak with a bucket to catch the water. Staff was poorly trained and unhelpful. Would not give a discount for my inconvenience on the room when asked. Will Not stay again
