Good value for your money

The hotel does need a facelift. The bathroom tiles outdated and in desperate need of replacing. The carpets in the main foyer taped with duct tape?? Overall we will come back. The restaurant staff was great. Hazel the supervisor was very friendly.

Ramada Edmonton Hotel

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The rate was best around. Only reason I would recommend this hotel is the price.
Cons: Air conditioning units need to be updated.
Location: Fairly close to downtown and main areas we were interested in.
Hotel needs some updating. Air conditioning in rooms were very noisy though beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was good except for one room which had an odour. Front desk staff a bit slow. Restaurant staff was great and very accomodating. Buffet was same everyday and should have more variety.

Adequate, but not exceptional.

Wifi connection frustrating. Very good complimentary breakfast. No telephone book in room. Good location for our needs. Commons area ambience not very appealing. Hotel could use upgrades.

Old hotel

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Run down rooms, not very clean, nice staff. Hide a bed was dirty, could see old writing on walls, pubic hair on bathroom floor ... Old tv and you had to be within 2 feet for remote to work on either of them. Buffet breakfast wasn't very good, coffee was horrible.

Close to the FIFA World Cup for women

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: The beds
Cons: Tell people they want a $ 50 deposit on your credit card
Location: Commonwealth stadium World Cup soccer.
Just a nice stay. Nothing fancy. One night only so what more do you like me to say.

Pros: Central / reasonable price
Cons: updating
Location: Fifa game at commanwealth stadium
reasonable price - about $120 Hotel is showing it's age - Elevators slow and one not working - Room a bit shabby for a Ramada Stayed on the North side so quiet now that the airport is closed Morning service in the restaurant was good but afternoon the staff were slow and indifferent counter staff were good

Nice

A little dated but clean Not real close to town but once you get to the mall and purchase a bus pass, you are good to go. Check in requires a $50 per day damage deposit. Kind of weird.
