First time I stayed here I arrived very late, after midnight if I remembered correctly. I was given room smaller than the one when I booked but it's ok - I'm only going to be there for no more than 7 hours. But what disgust me was the beddings. There were hairs on the sheets and pillows. Not just one type, but several types of hair and color!!! This means the beddings wasn't changed but reused several times. I didn't want to make a fuss. I was tired and won't be around long. Second time I was there (I couldn't cancel because it was already reserved/charged same time as first), I told the front desk person what happened last time. He denied that it could have happened. This time around the room's beddings are clean and fresh. Perhaps he wanted to impress on me that the beddings are changed each time? I'm not sure but he smiled a lot when he gave me this room. I would like to add that the late night clerk on my first stay was a different one. Another thing to bear in mind, the photos used for advertising is not near the same as real thing. So, don't expect to get what you see in the photos. The rooms and building itself are dated and do require some reno. If you're staying for just the night, then it's ok. The free breakfast is very rudimentary but enough to satisfy morning needs. The hotel in general needs more work. One positive thing about this hotel is the price - it's cheaper than others in same atea. So, it's a bargain if you're looking for one.

The room was so cold the first night we couldn’t have a shower in the morning. Night 2 the room was warm. The wifi never worked at all - the hotel wifi name never appeared on the list of options to join. Breakfast was minimal and limited as continental.

Heating wasn't working they did provide a working portable heater. Overall for a one night stay ok longer duration IW would suggest something else but at the same time look at your budget. So not bad not good doable 3 stars at the most. If they improve then yeah 4 stars but at the moment I just gave an honest review.

Stains on carpet and chairs. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. No wifi. Strong cigarette smell. Large holes in bathroom. Cracked bathroom sink. Missing chunks of baseboard. Staff good about letting us checkout 2 days early at least due to poor conditions. Would not recommend this place.

No heat had I was giving a small heater for my room and when I was pulling back the sheets so much hair ,on the sheets in the pillow case on the blanket.I stayed at other travelodges and this was the first and will be the last time after how cold was in the room

The rooms need repair, we had a finger size hole in the wall that was stuffed with a Kleenex, the bar was not in the tub surround allowing water to flow behind the tub.

The rooms are clean for the most part upon arrival. When I arrived for my first stay, the tv remote was missing a battery, there was some ash on the microwave from something, and there wasnt enough toilet paper. The stairs were covered in snow outside for the whole of the initial stay (until it melted). 2nd stay, my access card had to be re-coded 3 days in a row before they replaced the card. The front desk staff don't seem to communicate between shifts as I've been told there would be a note left on a few matters that needed to be reiterated later when the shift change happened. Each time i had an issue, it was suggested that i was doing something wrong. Even when i had preemptively checked with staff whether the benefactor needed to bring his card to show (or call them), i was assured by the staff he wouldnt need to, only to come to the day of the extension and was told the total opposite. I don't know if the staff have all the tools needed to make it a smoother process, but it has been frustrating trying to stay here. Wyndham, figure out what they need and provide them with it. Invest smarter, you'll have a good location at the Leduc Travelodge. Right now, there's room for improvement.

We rented two rooms. #107 and #108 Number #107 exceeded expectations. It had a large fridge a kitchen. Number 108 was below expectation. There was no hair dryer and bathroom sink had a big crack that looks disgusting. I will definitely rent this location again. The breakfast was simple and good. The compound has two buildings. The main building has rooms that are interior to it. The other buildings have exterior rooms. The exterior rooms are smoking rooms and not good. Interior rooms are non smoking. I wish the property had cameras on the exterior, so that it felt more safe. The wifi speed was good and TV had good number of channels. Overall the experience was positive. I would give it 7 out fof 10. It's cheap, but quality exceeds the price. There are small hiccups that I'm sure the hotel staff will accommodate
