priced reasonable

Posted Mar 15, 2014
Pros: staff and restaraunt
Cons: need an elevator or luggage bellboy
really wish they had an elevator, we are smokers and they moved smoking upstairs, we have band equipment and luggage, very inconvenient and may be the reason we may not stay there anymore

Staff not very Professional

Posted Mar 11, 2014
After booking with Expedia the motel did a terrible job of recegnizing this. They were not helpfull. They pretty much expect you to buy the breakfast, (there isn't much of a contenental, they give you $6 vouchers). The restaurant is an old folks hang out. The rooms are small. For the price it's still one of the best bargains around unless you want to pay by the hour at a real dive, so I would go back.

there was no stay...they had over booked!!!!!

Posted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: NOTHING!!!!!
Cons: Just tear it down!
Location: that end of town is know for being a bit on the seedy side, this place fit right in...the pictures they show on Expedia show a very nice place...nope!
The hotel looked dumpy from the outside, the curtains in the windows hung askew and the night auditor was hard to understand and VERY rude. She couldn't even tell us they were over booked, she just stared at me as if to say too bad, better luck next time. The other couple were very angry as well, after all it was an arranged 2am check in for me!!!

Clean, well run hotel with reasonable rates

Posted Jan 25, 2014
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the hotel was very quiet - we never heard any noise other than in the morning when the rooms were being cleaned. The bathroom, however, was small and outdated. The blow dryer was affixed to the wall and must have been something out of the '70's - we had never seen anything like it - gave us a good giggle. We had brought our own blow dryer, but anyone else might have been put off by what was provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially how close the hotel was to Rexall Place for the event we were attending.

Ghetto Fabulous

You walk in and you are transported back to the late 80's with the decor. They make you put a $200 cash deposit down for what I am not sure... You walk down the hall to your room it's dingy and smoking rooms are right across the hall from non smoking rooms. You get into the room there is stains on the walls, the tv is small, the blow drying look like a vacuum, and it's musty smelling. The staff seemed put out by our interrupting to check in, it was not an overall good experience and will make sure never to book or recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Needs improvements

Stayed here three nights last week. Chose this hotel because of its proximity to a conference venue. Hallway and room stank of smoke even though it was smoke free. The bathroom was dirty. The hotel has a zero tolerance of partying, but that didn't stop the guys two doors down the hallway the first night. Nor did the security man in the lobby. Don't expect much customer service at the front desk. Asked for an extra cot to our room at check in. After two nights they finally said that they weren't able to provide an extra cot. I will definitely pay extra dollars and drive a few extra minutes to a better hotel next time. The only good thing with this hotel was the laughs we had on how bad it was.
