Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable but could use some updates in the bathroom. Breakfast had lots of selections. Wished the hot tub was warmer.

Thank you for your feedback. We have been slowly changing out the 32' TVs. This process has been ongoing based on need and financial considerations.
The staff where friendly and the room was clean. I had a good stay and slept well. Will definitely recommend.

Great overall. The room was clean and everything worked well. Nice continental breakfast area. The only request i would make is to have a nightstand on both sides of the king sized bed.

Desk clerk must have had a bad day. Served, but he was not happy to answer simple but reasonable questions.
Upon discovering I forgot to pack shaving cream it was the only item they suspiciously didn’t have ☹️ I guess the desk clerk showed me who’s boss. ☹️☹️

My apologies for your experience at the front desk. We don't generally carry shaving cream as an complimentary item. But, that's something we may consider in the future.
I do apologize for the issue that arose regarding this reservation. However, prior arrangements had not been made for this gentleman's security-related deposit since he did not have a credit card to pre-authorize. This is stated in our policy on Expedia. This would not have been an issue if we had contacted prior to arrival for a credit card authorization form to be completed.

My apologies for your experience during your stay with us. We do turn down the heat to save on energy in unoccupied rooms. We would have been happy to come and assist you with increasing the room temperature.
