Furniture was dirty. Floor was dirty in the bathroom. The headboard was also not cleaned and there was hair hanging. Furniture was outdated. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Rust on all the chairs where the pool is, pool was dirty.

Staff was amazing and so very friendly. The room was clean and spacious (King room with a pull out couch). Free breakfast was delicious and differs each morning. Only small complaint was that the sprinkler didn't work in the pool. But the slide was depth was amazing for families with smaller children. 10/10 would stay here again.

While the establishment was extremely busy, I have no complaints. Staff were always visible and available. Everything was clean. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Hotel was very conveniently located.

This hotel was great!!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and I think they had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had!

The pool area was quite small and got very noisy in the evening. Overall, though, the hotel was clean and the staff were great.

Hotel is very dated (well used?) I would like to believe overall that it was clean and what looked to be dirty was just old and worn. Although they seemed to be doing major renovations in common areas probably should have started with the rooms. Although there is a restaurant across the parking lot there is nothing on site except for breakfast which was okay at best poor layout

Rooms need renovation. Hopefully when done renovating the lobby they will do the rooms. Mattress was awful for sleeping. I wish it said it was under renovation when we booked.

It was a ok stay considering the renovations going on, the bath tub shower unit was horrible. I wouldn’t shower there. Otherwise it was ok.

The staff were excellent. I was traveling with my son who became ill. The manager allowed us to cancel my sons room so my son cud move into my room. Thanks to this arrangement my son was well enough to fly home. I also had Amazon ship to the hotel and the staff called me for pick up.

The staff were amazing. Was nice to have breakfast available in ams. The pool and exercise room were handy and the kids used both Unfortunately there were renos happening and those doing them on our floor weren't very polite, or accommodating. ( one dude wasnt impressed when we had to get off the elevator) Ia sure our next stay there will be better once the renos are done.

The hotel was under renovations and smelled of paint in and outside of the room. The hot tub was also dirty and needs to be cleaned. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

We undersrand its under some renovations but it smells musty. The sheets are very hard..rough on skin. Carpets are dirty kept shoes on Not enough towels at pool and gym area. They say they offer personal items you forgot but had none at the desk. Breakfast was ok.

Did not like the load and inconsiderate people that were in the room above us (had to call guest services) both nights as they carried on until 3am. The staff need to pay more attention to the pool area as there were a group of 13 yr old boys being rude, load, going down the slide 9 at a time, jumping in and running over the younger children. Also towels ran out constantly

Our stay was fine. The kids really liked the waterslide in the pool! however our room was not very clean. There was even blood on the bed. Bathroom floors were very dirty carpets weren't vacuumed overall wasn't happy with the room.

The pool was super cold we couldn’t stay in for very long and I had a baby in there who was freezing. The playpen in the room was broken and the mattress in the playpen was broken and jagged and not safe for a child so we couldn’t use it.

Friendly service. Nice pool and water slide for my young kids. Hotel is showing some age but seems to be well maintained. Got a suite for an affordable price. Would stay here again.
