Wingate by Wyndham - Edmonton West

I only stayed one night but it was in a jacuzzi room And I was happy with the staff as I first walked in. When We got up to our room everything looked good so I was surprised when I found that one of the t.v's did Not work properly and the other had color issues. There Were 2 large peices of food dried up on the floor. A light had burnt Out in the bathroom but who can really call that one.... All in all I would definately go back. Pool was awesome. Jacuzzi Was great.

Probably wouldn't stay again. Kids running around everywhere. Dog barking practically non-stop in the next room. The pool and stuff is cool, but poorly maintained. The pool is also extremely shallow so there is no chance of actual swimming. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Staff was excellent!

I left two diamond rings in the room at check out; staff called me within an hour to say they had my jewelry. I was sick with worry and so pleased that the staff went out of their way to find me and get my rings back!!!!

Overall we were very happy with this hotel. Would probably stay again.

The hotel was difficult to get to. The parking lot had a good amount of space. The lobby was nice and the staff pleasant but not an overall super friendly or professional impression. The breakfast was pretty good. The waffles were very good, the rest was average or below. The eggs and sausages looked pretty processed as did the strawberries. A lot of waste with the plastic single serve cups for every waffle. The rooms were nice enough, but the carpets looked a little on the old/ dirty side. I think it could use a little updating. Fairly nice experience overall, but not exceptional.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was convenient

I just returned from Edmonton and stayed at this Motel was very nice and people were so friend ly. the staff were super.

I would have had a better stay if we were able to use the swimming pool.

Breakfast was not great, a lot of children on the days we were there for tournament and it became a bit chaotic. Furniture a bit beat up and walls very thin, could hear kids running up stairs. Glad it was pet friendly!
