“Pleasantly impressed”

This was a great hotel for location, cleanliness and price. We wanted a good night's rest, with dinner and breakfast available and this hotel exceeded everything we needed or expected

“Great Overnight Stop”

Spent the night on our way home from our Maritimes vacation. The room was VERY clean. The bedding is fantastic. Fresh white duvets, instead of the run of the mill old fuzzy hotel blankets.

“Nice stop”

Nice place to stop. The pool was great after the long drive.

“Good highway motel for the traveller”

Just went all the way from Halifax to Edmonton (not Edmundston) - an 8 day trip. The Quality Inn in Edmundston was better than average. The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful throughout the hotel. The one fly in the ointment was the wireless internet signal was weak. The gave me a "signal booster", but it didn't seem to help. As I was travelling on business this was a little frustrating. But I soon learned that it was common at many hotels. Overall a good hotel, though.

“Too hot,no air”

There are no windows that open and the room was stuffy.There is a ventilation system in the window but with an ear problem,it was too noisy and therefore unusable.

“Decent stay”

Overall the room was fine for an overnight visit. You can tell that it is an older motel that is in renovation process. Windows/bathroom tiles still original. It was nice that there was restaurant facilities on site.

“There are better places to stay in Edmundston, N.B.”

This is probably the worst choice of places to stay in Edmundston. The rooms are poorly appointed, the air conditioners are ancient and decrepit (they cannot keep the room cool on a cool night - choice is freeze or roast). There is no in room fridge (not a great thing for traveling). Breakfast is not included (family of four cost an extra $30). the beds were uncomfortable (none of the four of us slept very well - surprising with a teenage boy that can sleep anywhere). There are far better choices for hotels in Edmundston that even include breakfast. The service was at best average, and that seemed wonderful after the initial service. Stay somewhere else in Edmundston or even go down the road a few kilometres and stay in Grand Falls. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

“Not pleased with the comfort of the room”

The air conditioning unit in the Hotel was extremely loud throughout the night keeping the 4 of us awake - very little sleep if any. We had to keep it on because it was extremely hot in the room. As well, the position of the air conditioner is right next to the top of the bed - hence where the persons head is making this extremely loud and uncomfortable. My 2 kids were very tired the next day as we travelled to halifaxcx. I will not be revccomending this hotel as it was very upsetting for my family after a long days travel. I am postive that you only post positive reviews of this service and tend to avoid honest comments of this nature. Thanks for you time
