“not to impressed”

It was raining when we got there and they gave us a room that the ceiling was leaking really bad. They did give us another roomwhich the carpet was wet. would look for another hotel next time.

was not impressed with the mattress (needs replaced) and the feather pillows were as hard as a rock ....

Everything about the room and hotel cried "cheap." Very poor housekeeping/maintenance. My wife and I kept saying we couldn't wait to get out of that room and hotel.

The room was damp and smelled musty. Breakfast was not available one morning. Was quiet, though.

“Will Never Stay Here Again!!!!”

For a Baymont Hotel this place is a dump! Musty smelly rooms. Unfriendly service! The pool "suddenly" had problems. You have to go across the way to another hotel. Either drive over to use thier pool (no place to change out of your suit so then your car gets wet) or walk over in 98 degree weather with 80% humidity. Not cool for an elderly person!! No other solution like maybe a free or discounted night or even an "I am sorry" more like a just deal with it who cares attitude!! NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this location! Nor will I recommend it to anyone else!!
