“Very pleasantly surprised”

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at in this price range. I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of the accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. I chose this hotel primarily because of its location and reasonable price, and I was prepared to accept just "average, no frills" service for the money I paid. Instead, I discovered a hotel I'd love to stay at again if I ever have the opportunity. The variety of complimentary breakfast selections was very nice (even some healthy fruit and protein choices, not just carbs!). The only negative thing I can think of is that the pool was the tiniest I've ever seen in a hotel. We didn't use the pool, so it wasn't a problem for us, but it would be inconvenient for more than one or two families to use at the same time. Aside from the tiny pool, I highly recommend it!

“Great place.”

We usually stay at a Holiday Inn Express, but this one has changed our thinking. The price was the same with far better accomidations. Breakfast bar is far better than a HIE. More than enough towels and wash cloths. All of the little details are better taken care of.

Wow, really nice place! Great bargain and a very clean room. My wife and I usually like Comfort Inn & Suites but we may have to review that idea.

“Nice Fairfield Inn”

We have stayed in a number of Fairfield Inns over the past 15 years. Generally their quality has been going down. This is the nicest of all Fairfield Inns we have stayed in.

“Nice Brand New Hotel”

I go to Effingham frequently for business, and this is the newest hotel addition. It has a very convenient location, just off the highway. Nice, clean rooms with good service. Very reasonable breakfast. Highly recommended for business traverlers as well as family with small children.

The hotel was nice & I would stay here again. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great, with allot of options. I did need more towels & had to go down to the front desk to get them myself. Didn't think that was very good customer service.

typical fairfield Inn, nothing fancy but all advertised features of the hotel were in good working condition, staff was efficient and friendly and the breakfast is good.

All areas above average, only problem might be proximity to I-59 and related road noise from trucks. Great staff !!!!!
