"Staff was very nice and accomodating. We have a special needs child that has no safety awareness. The balcony sliding doors' lock was easy for him to open. I expressed my concern to the front desk. They sent someone up and he came up with a quick solution. I truely appeciate the promptness and attentiveness to our concerns. All the staff there was awesome. We will be back

"This property gets 3 stars because when we arrived it was a nightmare. The check-in process was smooth however the room that we were originally given was on the side that was not renovated and it was worst than a $2 dollar motel (you can get the picture). I went back down to the front desk and the girl that originally checked me in knew that she was wrong for putting me and my family in that tower and in that room. She changed our room to the renovated side with no problem and no fee. The room we ended with was 100 times better! The renovated side is nice and perfect for a family stay! We had a blast at the water park, arcade, and go karts! Wish that the food one site was open but most things are only open on the weekends, however there are many food places nearby (hotel has no microwave onsite so no leftovers). Overall we had an amazing stay, please do not be conned into staying on the side that is not renovated especially if you’re paying full price."
