Terribly disappointedPosted Jun 13, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel is not up to 2.5 star standards. That is not saying much. Overpriced and the hotel is better off being torn down. AC vent had a pillow stuffed in it.

club inn eilat - it will do for a short breakPosted Nov 9, 2010 on Hotels.com
but don't move in. the rooms are not large and the receptionist seemed to think that despite a booking for 2 rooms under 2 names that we weren't connected. a call to hotels.com (my expense) and it was put right but receptionist number 2 was at pains to point out it wasn't her fault but number 1's. the pool is well stocked with chairs but beds are in short supply at peak time and a high percentage are broken. the fellow guests all accept it as if this is the norm "it's not that expensive so what do you expect" seems to be the attitude. on a plus side the breakfast room staff bend over backwards to help and the 11am deadline isn't really as long as you don't mind eating with them. the post shabbat checkout isn't strict either. overall value for money but could be a bit more comfortable in the mattress department.

Great for familiesPosted Jul 14, 2010
The rooms were clean and cool which was nice because it was 44C outside. The pool was refreshing and big but it could have been open a little longer in the evening. Breakfast was particularly good. Lots of choices and really fresh bread The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the grounds.

Relatively cheap hotel very close to coral reefPosted Sep 9, 2009
The place is not fancy. Rooms a quite small, TVs are tiny and blurry. But you will have all you need to have fun especially if you stay with kids. Location is the best in Eilat - just across the street from the coral reef beach, so if you flew to Eilat on the plane, you won't need a car - it's 10 minutes walk. To Underwater Observatory that would be another 500 yards. Bottom line - it fits the need to have a place to sleep, but it is not for sitting in the hotel all day long.

Hotel was fine - nothing specialPosted May 23, 2007
Hotel was fine - nothing special, but location was good and staff were nice and helpful. We received a bottle of wine and some other amenities at check-in - a nice gesture, although we did have to wait 30-45 mins for our room to be ready - even though it was 4 pm. The breakfast was OK, but an absolute zoo - several teenage soccer teams were staying there - the room was crowded, noisy, a mess and the hotel ran out of many of the items.
