First visit there, the hotel is good but some facilities closed without properly notifying you during reservation - the pool, the lounge. Not possible for example to sit in the lobby and order coffee. They called 2 days before arrival to notify but this is too late and not transparent. Especially given the premium price. However spa facilities are open and great, I enjoyed and will return.

Nice kid free hotel
Nice facilities but the hotel could use some updating. Breakfast at the Herods Palace next door is better, you can go there at no extra charge. The hotel is nice and quiet, no children allowed.

Bad service and didn't get a room on time
The facility is nice but the service is fitting to a 2-stars motel. I got the room later than what they committed too and the receptionist refused to acknowledge there's even a problem. claiming you get the room "starting from 3". I asked her if it means I can get it tomorrow.

A great hotel
+ It was very quiet and clean. - the food wasn't so good (maybe it's the corona) - there is no real free-parking: the parking lot is very small and if you don't find a place you need to park outside.

Our initial room was very tired and not impressive for the amount charged. However we were upgraded to a much nicer room which we were happy with.

A* on everything - best Hotel in Eilat
We had the most amazing stay in the hotel. staff were very welcoming and pleasant, room was comfortable and clean, food was delicious and plenty, we enjoyed the spa and very relaxing massage, when we come back it will be only at the harods vitalis. Special mention to Eden from the recaption and Yael from the Spa.

מלון מקסים ואוירה "מלכותית". מעל הכל - היחס. ניכר שכל חברי הצוות, לא משנה מה תפקידם, יוצאים מגדרם כדי שלא ייחסר דבר. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ביותר ומפנקת , ספא נקי ומענג. הרבה פינות מוצלות, שקטות ואינטימיות ברחבי הבריכה. שתי הערות לשיפור: 1. כדאי להוסיף עוד כיסאות נוח במתחם הג'קוזי הפנימי והחיצוני. יש שם כ-4 מיטות נוחות מאד אבל זה לא מספיק. 2. מצוקת חנייה קשה בחניון התת קרקעי. ומחוץ לעונה. הבנתי שניתן לחנות בחינם בחניון של הרודס בוטיק בצד השני של הכביש, אם זה פותר את המצוקה כולל גם בקיץ וסופ"שים אז זה פיתרון סביר, גם אם לא הכי נוח. כדאי שתביאו זאת לידיעת האורחים כבר בהתחלה.

We had the unfortunate experience to have a rain shower suite which had not been upgraded and things like the carpet were severely worn. The hotel itself was excellent. The staff, from front of house, down by the pools or in the restaurant or club lounge were beyond excellent. Each in their own way tried so hard to make the stay enjoyable. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals were very good and the snacks and drinks in the lounge were also excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning.

Don’t be fooled by Expedia’s rating this hotel is definitely not a 5star hotel and is overpriced. It’s old and dingy. Expedia should refund a portion of my money.

One incident can ruin an entire vacation
It is really not fun writing this... everything about our 3-night stay was absolutely wonderful, until the moment we checked out and I forgot a valuable leather jacket in the room. I called the hotel less than four hours after checkout to report the forgotten jacket. Hotel security (in charge of lost-and-found) told me nothing has been turned in by the cleaning staff, and promised to call me with any news, good or bad. Since then, almost a week, nothing! Maybe some one at the hotel will read this? I'd really like it back, I've had it for decades.

Top notch hotel service.
This is an amazing hotel with amazing facilities. The service is unparalleled, all the staff is extremely nice and will go out of their way to give you a pleasant experience. They really love taking good care of their guests.

On our way to Eilat.
Hotel needs refurbishing. Broken furniture and old used linen, this is what I found in the room. Restaurant was very good, we ate in the French res, and it was a high quality food, and service.
