Brilliant HotelPosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Have stayed at the Sheba before and it is still a great hotel. Took too long to get checked in but that was the only drawback.

Great location but very tired facilities...Posted Jul 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Not satisfied at all, other than being well located, everything else was either "no" or "cannot do"! The outside temperature was over 110 degree F when we arrive yet the room air conditioner cannot cool the room down to below 78 degrees. The room has motion detector that senses when no one is in and turns the air conditioner off. So, when you go out for a while you will return to a room well into the 80s...

This jewel of a hotel is beautiful and close to the beach, shopping and restauarants. We had an early morning excursion and we told the front desk the night before that we would need an early morning breakfast which they called a "B Box." The food was amazing and so much, that we had plenty to take with us. The following morning we ate breakfast in the hotel that came with the room. A huge buffet of foods to choose from as well as a omelet station. The room was nice, the shower had great pressure and hot water. The front desk staff was gracious and we had a great stay.

Amazing Amazing service. I asked for toothpaste. 15 minutes later it was in my room. They told me they got it from the drugstore for me for no charge!!!

Why should it cost $6 for 1 hour of WiFiPosted Sep 28, 2012 on Hotels.com
Everything could have been perfect if we didn't have to go to a coffee cafe 1 block away for free WiFi.

Very crowded and noisy.Posted Aug 8, 2012 on Hotels.com
Very crowded and noisy. Lots of children running around with no parental supervision. Underage teenagers in rooms running in and out of the rooms until 3am when i finally notified the front desk to take care of it. Breakfast was great but very crowded , hard to find a table. They did go out of their way to upgrade our room until we were 100 % satisfied with the room. Great location on the beach but unable to use hotel facilities oz of overcrowdedness.

Very disappointingPosted Jul 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
Booked room with two beds, was first sent to a dirty room, after returning to front desk, was then sent to a different room that only had one bed. Returned again to front desk, was told there are no double beds available. Staff is not very friendly around these parts, food at this property was way overpriced, I've had better quality food from vending machines. To make a long story short, I personally would not return if they paid me to.
