Never had such horrible experiences and zero real apologies!

שלום רב, אנחנו מצטערים שזו ההרגשה שיצאתם אתה מהמלון. מטרתנו העיקרית היא להוציא אורחים מרוצים ושבעי רצון , צר לנו שלא הצלחנו לעשות זאת עמכם. לו פניתם למי מחברי צוות ההנהלה במלון עם תלונתכם במהלך השהות , אני בטוחה שתלונותיכם היו זוכות למענה בזמן אמת ונפתרות בו במקום לשביעות רצונכם המלאה בברכה, ורד בבלי מנהלת ערב
