“Really great.”

We loved almost everything about our stay. The room was beautiful with a great view of the dead sea and the mountains. the food was delicious and there was zoo much there. The pool and spa were amazing, my wife had a massage and she said it was the best one in her life. The only thing that they could change is to have better management of the signing in and checking out because there are no lines and everyone else is cutting plus there are rude Israelis there as well. But we loved our stay and would stay there again on our next trip.

“Needs a facelift and better guest services.”

One would expect better from the Le Meridien chain. The hotel is in desperate need of a cosmetic facelift. Walls were dirty, Carpets stained. Due to business I needed internet connection and it was unreliable at best. Checked out after one night. Went to spa to be told they were out of towels. There was no potable water in the rooms. Bathroom sink had a sign not to drink the water and directed you to a room on the floor for ice/water. The water was out what appeared to be a bathroom sink and the ice machine was disconnected and non functional. Calls for water and ice resulted in a getting a pitcher for water and no ice until several calls later. Meals were surved buffet style in a a large indoor dining room. Birds were flying around inside and even landing on top of the salads in the salad bar. I will be seeking a refund of my second night.
