“Excellent stay!”

On the south end of the Dead Sea Resort area, but a great facility and one of the best buffets we had in Israel. Go for the full board, since there are no other ajacent food options.

“Worst place on the dead sea”

there was no line or order to the front desk. it was busy and it was elbow your way to the front of the line or you didn't get service. there was no explaination of any of the hotel services (breakfast, internet, etc). We requested a non-smoking room. The room we got smelled like smoke. I called the front desk 3 times, no answer. Finally got a new room but they did not offer to help move our bags. They moved us to a room where the TV didn't work. Everything closes at around 5 (the pool, the shuttle to the dead sea, etc). The dinner is only served at 2 times and it was horrible and cold. The meal is suppose to be included but the drinks are not. you have to pay for internet. and there are signs saying you can't drink the water in the room from out of the sink yet the hotel does not provide any water. they also make you get towels at the dead sea/pool with a towel card. both times I went they were out of towels and told me to wait. When we complained the hotel shrugged there shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. NEVER STAY HERE.
