My only regret I stayed at this hotel only one night. The stuff is terrific, the room is spacious and very comfy, the SPA is very good but most of all FOOD. Trust me, as a US citizen I have been in a lot of Caribbean All-Inclusive hotels some 4, some 5 stars, but I have never experienced variety and quality food as I have at Royal Rimonim Dead Sea Hotel. My only drawback is I got room with mountain and highway view, but since I have not been in the room too much, it did not bother me. I will definitely return there first chance I got and for more than 1 night.

no enough car park , dirty shower, poor quality

When we arrived they told us the car park was full: it is small compared to the hotel, there is no barrier, no control and anyone can park there! We had to park in a big space near the hotel, no tarmac, broken glasses, a little wall to climb to go back to the hotel... I asked to speak with the manager but he doesn't know how to deal with customers. He needs a training course! I know he couldn't offer other solutions but I was expecting him to apologize for the inconvenient and report our complain to the management. He told us there was no other option, the car park was full and we had to park outside. He was crossed. We stayed 3 nights in that hotel: every time I saw him he was with a customer who was complaining. The room and view were good but the shower so dirty! black mould at the shower door and behind the basket for soap and the tray was not properly cleaned. ( I took photos) Restaurant had a huge quantity of food but not great quality. This hotel is too big and we think it is full of tour operator customers. Result: very low level quality. Better a smaller hotel, perhaps the service and quality is better…
