“Great Stay”

I was very happy with my stay at Prima Spa. The spa was lovely, the staff courteous, the massage fantastic and the rooms clean. I couldn't have been happier. I was surprised that the dinner was so expensive and such low quality. I was also surprised that their meals were kosher for passover, served with matzah instead of bread, a full three days before passover eve. Aside from this, our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

the food was so good it like to go to the best restaurant in the world, love every think about this hotel privet beach and excellent services even on the beach, love all about this hotel it was my first time here but every year I am going to the Dead Sea for 20 years and no hotel give me so much love it!!!

“Comfort and relax”

+We had 3 amazing nights in the hotel on the eve of Pesah 2012. The hotel is nicely located across the road from the Dead Sea - it has a private beach which you can achieve on foot (2 min calm walk) or small 8 chair shuttle (comes every 10 minutes). The beach is very nice and clean with showers and cold drinking water tank. As I was traveling with my mom, 65, we were happy to have indoor alternative to the sea (the sun is very intense - so the best sea time is 7am - 11am, 16pm - 19pm), Spa Club has a very nice spa with sea water pool, jacuzzi and saunas. We also had some mud and salt body and facial treatments and left satisfied. Breakfasts and dinners were very rich and tasty. -In daytime the indoor pool is a bit crowded - and the solarium next to the spa never has available chaise longues. Wifi is not free. Overall I believe the hotel is a very welcoming and comfortable place for your stay on the Dead Sea.

Service standards for this hotel varies from person to person. We were checked in by a very nice person who was helpful and polite. However later in the day, some of the staff were not particularly interested in assisting in any matters, some bordering on being rude. Then again, the hotel was clean and pleasant, with a very nice private beach.

“Very nice choice”

I enjoyed this hotel. My room was very nice, with a spacious bath and a great view of the Dead Sea. Nice size closets. It's right across the street from a nice swimming location. I had several treatments at the spa and found it to be a good experience. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest. Overall, I think it's a good choice.

great hotel---mineral pool is awesome, breakfast/dinner selection great, across street from dead sea. only downside was that it was crowded, which meant pool was packed and check in took awhile.
