Soulless, cold, uncaring and unhelpful
Unexpected parking charges, hopeless receptionist, very cold rooms and told all rooms were set to cold snd it would go up one degree per hour but we had to go out as rooms were too cold. Not nice rooms, only twin beds with big gap between. Mattress a couple of inches thick, generally poorly maintained, soulless and unhelpful. Very disappointed.

I wished I would have used the facilities. Nice room. Microwave and fridge were very nice to have. And the big fan was appreciated.

Unsatisfactory
At check-in they neglected key info. Like the reception does not open until 7am. Not good if you need to make an early flight. Parking was not good. Small multi-story with no lift is a problem if you have luggage. Rooms too hot for comfortable sleeping. Staff avoided eye contact or helping, when they knew you were there and help was needed.

Hmm ok
The main photo makes you think you are staying on a boat you aren't its a normal hotel no tea making facilities apart from buying in the restaurant good breakfast though

Great example of European hotel
The hotel was clean and rooms were large and nice. Our biggest disappointment was the availability of the swimming pool and the fact that the jacuzzi was in a seperate building with an additional charge to use those facilities. I did not think this was well presented in the hotel information on the web site. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we thought it was a great hotel, just were looking forward to the use of the pool after a long day of biking.

Kein Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern, keine Balkons. Wellnessbereich ist abgetrennt und gehört nicht zum Hotel. Kostet also extra. Und ist FKK. Das erste und letzte mal :) Positiv: Schöne gemütliche Zimmer, Sauberkeit völlig in Ordnung

Mooie hotelkamer erg proper, leuk uitzicht en vriendelijk ontvangst. Tip: hoeslakens op het bed met elastiek gebruiken. Laken ging telkens los van de topping en het licht op de badkamer was aan de donkere kant. Verder super tevreden. Ontbijt was uitstekend voldoende keuzemogelijkheden en personeel was vriendelijk. Aanrader in combinatie met de blue wellness boot.

Hartelijk dank voor uw Review. Het ontbijt is inmiddels aangepast naar een buffet. Gasten kunnen zelf kiezen wat ze willen en dit op de kamer nuttigen. Wij zien u graag nog eens terug bij Wellness-Hotel-Brabant.
