“Will Be Back”

We have traveled to El Centro over the years. We stayed here two years ago and again this month. It is a clean hotel, non smoking and close to everything. This is our hotel of choice for El Centro. Free Wi-fi was greatly appreciated.

“Not The Best Place to Stay in El Centro”

Everything was fine with the exception that there were only sheer white curtains on the window - the window that faced a very well lit shopping center. There was no way to darken the room at night.

“Shelter from the storm”

We were caught by ugly weather and needed a place to wait it out. I booked on my phone, and this property turned out to be a very nice surprise. New, clean, and bright, with a friendly desk clerk. The room was pleasant, and the beds were just fine. The surrounding area is fairly commercial, but the nearby mall provides entertainment if that's what you like to do. There are a number of chain restaurants very close as well. We had to leave in the morning before the included breakfast was available, so can't comment on that. All in all, a very nice refuge in the Imperial Valley.

“One of the best hotels in Imperial Valley”

This is a non-smoking hotel, but the bedding smell a little bit. I think it is because they laundry all bedding with the bedding from next door hotel (it has smoking rooms). We were satisfied with this hotel but we would expect a more luxury room.

Area recommendations

The hotel is inside the Imperial Valley Mall area, so the shops are within a very easy walking distance.

When to go

Remember to avoid summer time, ambient temperature reaches 120 degrees on the shade!

“Thanksgiving in El Centro”

We had a great experience at the Fairfield. I was very impressed with the staff and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. I had to commute to Holtville during my stay, but it was well worth the 10 min drive.

“Dove Opener”

The overall condition of the room was deplorable. Everything was dirty. At these prices and name, you expect more. Staff was not pleasant at all. We will not return.

“Nice Hotel”

We have stayed at this facility before. They are accomodating. We had a nice stay. Would recommend it to a traveler. It was close to the Interstate and had several eateries and a mall nearby.
