“Convenient and comfortable for our needs”
Reasonably priced for the area and comfortable for the time we spent in the room.
“Surprisingly nice for an inexpensive stay!”
The staff was very gracious. The room was very clean and accommodating. And I was very surprised to see they had a very extensive free continental breakfast in the morning, complete with fresh fruit, bagels and good strong coffee!
“Thank you for the Corner Room”
The check-in was pain free. The room was clean. The bed was as comfortable as it could be for not being home. The housekeeping staff was courteous. We weren't in the room that much, but when we were there, we were comfortable. Thanks Howard Johnson's for a pleasurable experience!
“4 night stay”
Make sure to put the "Do Not Disturb" on the door, otherwise at 8 a.m the cleaning crew will try to come in and clean the room. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but I received a room with 2 twin beds. The pillows are not comfortable, being bulky , small, and needing to be replaced. The room has an adequate 32 inch analog television. The room also had a small fridge that kept the items cold, a working microwave, and a coffee maker we had to plug into the bathroom outlet since the cord was small and would not reach to the extension cord. The room was a bit crowded and I could not get the wifi to work. Bathroom size is adequate and it has a nice shower. It is located right off the I-8 and a Del Taco and Dennys restaurant are within walking distance. My son, mom, and I stayed in the room and we all fit fine. Also, their was a laundry room, ice machine, and soda machine next to our room. A lot of construction workers were staying in the inn as well, so we heard a lot of outside noise. It was annoying a times. The discomfort we experienced were not so bad that it was intolerable. It is adequate, but not great. This in is great for a short stay such as one or two nights
“Comfortable”
My stay was pleasant.. close to food and other services. Didn't like that the pool wasn't clean..
“Pleasantly Surprised”
We needed a place to stay overnight while visiting family and were very surprised when we saw our room. Though it was tucked away in a corner with a view of an alley, the furniture was fabulous, everything was clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. We would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again.
