Great location. The property needs improvement
The staff is very helpful. The beach is beautiful and accès is convenient (observe the tides). Not the hotel’s fault but my flip flop was stolen on the beach - be careful. The room and the toilet are very old and need renovation. Air conditioning is powerful . Menu needs variety. The dining view is gorgeous

It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing views and close to the Center of Cuco beach, what I didn’t like is the some of the employees are rude and the check in is very unprofessional is done in the kitchen, some areas of the hotel needs maintenance. When I got to the hotel they just open, nothing like welcome to the hotel Miraflores and when I went to do the check in employees were on there phone and instead they ask me I ask them with who I do the check in because they ignore me, don’t take me wrong I spoke to the lady cooking in the kitchen and she was very nice but the rest of the employees needs customers service experience to feel welcome to the hotel.

Great staff!
The staff at this location is great! Very friendly and attentive. The food is good and you feel like you have a private chef at all times! Rooms are no frills but plenty enough to feel comfortable with great A/C!

The tables were dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The staff was inattentive and we had to walk down to the kitchen to ask about ordering supper because it took so long for them to come . They then mentioned that we could order via WhatsApp. The food was not good enough to recommend to anyone. The tortillas tasted like dish soap. When the employees did interact, they were respectful.

The location is superb. Overlooking two beaches you are able to watch the sun coming up from mountains across the sea in Nicaragua, and beautiful sunsets. Staff was nice and attentive. We are looking into staying there with family inthe near future.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The place has the most breathtaking view and the beach is beautiful, clean and water warm and calm. The breakfast was yummy but they need to improve their lunch and dinner.

Not the best around
In my opinion this hotel costs way more than it’s worth. The beds were very uncomfortable, the white bedsheets had stains on them, the remotes had grime all over them, the paintings were falling off the walls. The walls are also very thin and you can hear all the conversations that are happening outside the room and in the adjacent rooms. To get to the beach you have to go down a very long flight of stairs, which is even harder to come back up from, and we’re not in bad shape but was still hard for us. The service was great though, which was the only good thing about this place.

I love the view of property, it’s breathtaking! What I didn’t like is the only way to get to beach is through stairs, they’re like a 200 steps very tired and dangerous for older people.

El Salvador vacation
This small hotel is so nice, it is almost amazing. And when I say small, I mean small. Only 6 rooms, so we were lucky to get one. The view: wonderful, the staff is amazing, the food excellent and that goes for the service as well. The beach is, or a lot of steps down and of course up again or a couple of minutes drive to the beach with a parking area. I would choose and recommend the drive. And just enjoy the beach.

Nice position and great view . The deck is the best place. The food is great , just a bit expensive ( some dishes) for Local standard. Everything in the room was working properly, but I would suggest a better distribution of the furniture , as it was not that comfortable to watch TV if you were in bed.

Great location. Quiet with wonderful views and beach access. Lots of stairs to get up and down beach so keep that in mind. Very basic room, but you won’t be in there much! Food was pricey and could’ve been better.

The view from the hotel is worth the price and more the food was excellent and the staff was very courteous near center of town and their beach seems like it is private love this place one of my favorite beach hotels in the world
