The conference center was rented out to a group of individuals the night i checked in who were DJ’ing and having a lot of traffic and commotion to which the police responded my first night at the hotel.

Roach fell on my head while sleeping!!! The room was not even clean the mattress was full of blood as If someone was murdered and the window even had a bullet hole all the way thru every un safe and nasty ticks every where outside and they will not refund your money no matter what so beware and don’t stay!!!!

The first room that we were given we're still being remodeled and had all kind of tools paint trash and garbage in the room we get put in another room going to the room go to sit on the bed and realize there's a pile of dog feces dried up hard in the middle of the bed finally our third room was somewhat manageable enough to be able to get some sleep after all the ordeal of getting checked in

Horrible stay
It was horrible!! Springs poke you thru mattress, spiders and roachs all over the room they did not clean after I repeatedly asked for room to be cleaned. This is pics after 5 days of complaining for room service and that’s how it was cleaned. Pics don’t really show how bad it was

This places is horrible. The room was so dirty that it needed a hazard clean up crew. The refrigerator had rotten food and roaches crawling out of it the trash cans had not been emptied. The lady at the front desk change the rooms for us but the next room was just about as bad so we ended up not staying we left. Our health is more important than trying to stay in a place that was totally unfit.

TV problems. Hard bed. Comfortable pillows, though. Stairs. No elevator? Nice and roomy. Overall it was fine for the price, but the room should have been cleaned better after previous residents. There was some odd liquid on the table.

Worth the stay
I stayed for three days for work. I was unsure from the reviews but it was worth the stay. I will stay again when in town for work. Everything was on point!!! Peaceful and quiet!!!

Up keep poor from street view. Checkin staff not friendly. Walkway to second floor room cracked and leaning and looks like it will fall off soon. Entered room and lights would not come on. Everything was unplugged so i had to plug them in. Cable was missing from tv so it did not work. Non smoking room wreaked of smoke. Water was running through toilet due to broken chain on flap. Had to remove lid and reach in to tank to work flap to flush toilet and stop water. Cigarette burns on bedding. Generally in disrepair. Sheets appeared to be clean and that was about it. Just slept and left. When i reported these things to front desk as leaving she said she was sorry and get someone on fixing it, then kept talking to her friend and ignored me so doubt it was reported. One of the worst places i have stayed while traveling the last 2 months. Should not be offered to the public.

This property was in shambles with a very humble attempt to modernize it. I saw metal support beams for the stairs rusted through with shoddy wood posts used as a bandaid repair. My towels had curly hairs and toothpaste on them, and I haven’t seen a shower that grimy since my navy days. I’m confident the guy in the room below me was selling drugs, the family down the hall appeared to live there, and the lady I passed while leaving the property appeared “professional” with her high heals and “shiny” apparel. I booked because it was the only room in town available and as soon as I could find another room, I was gone.

Worst ever.
As soon as we walked in the door going to the room, the music was loud coming from one of the rooms. The first room I was given the bed had been slept in, there was a piece of bread in the toilet, and look like a drip of blood on the sink counter. The front desk receptionist gave me another room and of course someone was in that room also. Both beds messed up, fresh cigarette smell, and tv loud. The door was completely off on the side entrance to the rooms upstairs. This all is at the rooms connected to the conference building. I got pictures of the first room. I quickly closed the door on the second room cause I knew someone was in there. The housekeeper kept asking what was wrong with the rooms as if she didn’t know. Complaining about the clerk putting us in rooms that’s not clean and the whole time they ( both housekeepers) knew and probably apart of the things that go on on that end of that hotel.

After check in went to room. Smelled like mold, people outside partying all night couldn't sleep. Shower had hair in it, and so did the sink. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Don't do it!!!!
When we first arrived, everything looked great. The PM desk clerk was super sweet. However, when we arrived to our room. .. Roaches. I saw at least 3 before I was even done inspecting the room. It is severely behind on building and room maintenence. As for cleanliness.... My standards are high, but I am pretty sure most would consider someone else's hair in the bathtub nasty. Also, thus is not a very safe area either. Loud music all night long. Just not at all what is portrayed on the site. BUT they did have a coffee maker.
