“An excellent choice for our family”

We thought that we might not have a restful night because, after we arrived, a group of loud people checked-in in the room directly across from us, but instead we had a very comfortable and restful right. We could barely hear any noise from anyone. Everything was very clean and we had a very nice stay. In the morning we had breakfast. There was a variety of foods to choose from. Everything was temperature perfect: coffee was hot, orange juice was cold. We had a very nice time..

“All that was advertised”

Check-in was a breeze, staff was friendly. Cleaning crew was busy on our floor when we got there. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and checkout was a breeze.

“Quality hotel at a great price”

My family and I stayed here for Easter and I will definitely be back. This hotel was listed for less than other hotels in the area, and it was still top notch. The rooms were clean and spacious. All I booked was a room with 2 queen beds, and we also got a mini fridge, microwave, couch with hida-bed, lounge chair, full size ironing board, and large new flat screen tv. The rooms were very clean and each bed had four pillows. The pool was also clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was very good and offered fresh cooked eggs, sausage, and biscuits, among a large variety of other things. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel. I would not stay anywhere else in El Dorado after having such a great experience here.

“Family weekend”

Although the hotel is in a bad part of town, it is well maintained and has very nice rooms. My only complaint is one staff member kept trying to tell my grandson, who is 12, he could not be in the pool. This is in spite of the sign on the wall that says 12 and over are okay unaccompanied. This is really a minor complaint.

“Fine for traveling.......”

The hotel is not new, so some visual wear is evident. A few maintenance items such as a patched spot on the bathroom door (from the entry door security bolt striking it-poor layout), stained carpet on the 1st floor room I was in, and a few stains on the sofa aren't pleasing. The sheets were clean and that is a must for me. The bathroom was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. My travel partner was pleased with their 2nd floor room, none of the stains or other issues like mine.
