Predominantly fab - few small improvements needed
Loads of really great things about this hotel - 24 hour desk, lovely pool, immediate access to beach through front and rear of hotel, proximity to airport, free parking, fridge in room, quick to fix any issues. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and rooms lovely and spacious, pretty modern with gorgeous balcony. The only things that let it down were small things like lack of toiletries provided (not even soap). Small time window for changing towels which can sometimes be a bit inconvenient, we were on the 5th floor so amazing view but noise from the treadmills at the gym on the 6th floor. It’s one of those hotels with entertainment provided in the evening which wasn’t our cup of tea and they invited musicians to play in the lobby which does go all around the hotel so you can’t really escape the noise which went on until around 10.30pm sometimes. Also they charge for pool table (1 euro per game) and use of the room safe (3 euros per day) I feel it’s unacceptable to have to pay to keep your valuables safe ok holiday given what we paid for the room.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel is in a lovely location and is very posh. The food however was terrible. The food was not restaurant quality at all…catered to more mediterranean tastes but in a low quality manner. Food was too salty and just kind of weird for example one night they served hot dogs which i thought “finally something nice and simple not bad to mess up”…hot dogs tasted so disgusting and “mystery meat” like that it ruined our appetite for the whole day.

The TV was very small and I thought the bed was a king size but it was two twin beds and made cuddling difficult.

Best balcony view ever 😍
I love this hotel for two things, taxi is €16 from airport and the balcony view is amazing. I hardly use the facilities as I use it as a base to explore the island and to relax. Stopped more than once and will definitely stay again ❤️

I like the fact that it was for adults only. It is a nice hotel and very good rates. Breakfast was good.. If you are looking to pretty much stay around the property and use the amenities there, than this is a good place for you. If you want to be closer to the main towns of Los Christiano's or that area where there is more action than it would be wiser to get a hotel closer. Taxi one way is about 35 Euros.

This is a hotel outside of El Medano. Late night music that permeates hotel, rude staff. Buffet is awful breakfast or dinner. Not sure why Expedia says 4-star but it is a2trying to be 3 and failing.

Property is styled like a ship and only a couple of years old. Room was sea facing and fantastic view. It’s a surfer hot spot so is very windy which I didn’t know but didn’t spoil the experience. All inclusive upgrade is good value.

Short cycling holiday with father
Last minute, great value short stay for a few days cycling with my father. Staff fantastic and hotel immaculately clean, if a few years old. All inclusive basis was great value, food, fresh, plentiful and varied

Fantastic hotel sitting just outside of town but an easy walk into the many fantastic restaurants and beach. There is also a good beach adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast selection in the hotel is superb. Be aware that this hotel sits on a headland and can get quite windy (certainly in January when we visited) Staff were brilliant.

Amazing Sea View and great breakfast
Quieter than Plyr d America’s or Pdl Cruz. Small Supermarket restaurant and atm built in same building/block as hotel, everything else around 1km across the bay. But hotel was great and sea view was one of the best I have seen, south facing with no obstructions. Breakfast was very good and the room was very spacious Also very close to airport 20mins in 15€ taxi. I will return to this hotel again for sure.

This property has a beautiful ocean view by the beach. The property is kept in excellent condition and pristine. The food needs more variety and less salt (please). The staff were fabulous, to name a few Front desk - Fabian and a lady that checked us in(sorry can't remember her name), bar and restaurant - Susana, gave great service, in the entertainment - Eva and Sarah, they were great getting the guest involved with the activities. The only thing I would have appreciated more was not to be all squeezed in one room (billiards/tv room). There was another tv room on the opposite but was not used. All the activities dance lessons, karaoke, bingo, and more were squeezed into this billiard room which doesn't make sense and delayed the activities. So we decided not to stay and went up to our hotel room. Dancing should be on every night in the basement(lowest floor) where we could socialize.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We had a a 3 day stay with a lovely room on the 4th floor. Plenty of choice at meal times (we were all inclusive). Nice place to relax , quiet location but only a short wLk to El Medano

Defintely not worth it. Super dirty hotel. The bed and the floor is full of long haira. They dont change dirty towels and cups and glasses in the room. Pool towels replacement happens every other day. The indoor pool and jaccuzy is not free and the fee is just for 1 hours use. The AC is not working in the room and you cannot adjust temperature.

Pleasant hotel close to El Medano
The hotel looks uninspiring from the distance but is pleasant from the inside and the rooms are great especially the ones with sea views. It is a short and easy walk into El Medano where there are restaurants and plenty of water sports opportunities. My only negative about the hotel is the noise that reverberates up the central atrium in the evenings and was clearly heard in my room e.g. the music. However, it did stop later in the evening and was not too disruptive.

great hotel
The hotel is lovely as were the staff, the food in the buffet restaurant is good and has plenty of choice. The outdoor saltwater pool is a lovely temperature, there are lent of sunbeds to go around. one little niggle is that you cannot use the spa facilities even when all inclusive.

5 day November break
Lovely resort with friendly helpful staff. Top class restaurant in site as good as Michelin * Pool and beach swimming onsite. El Medano boardwalk and beach with lots of additional restaurant choices just 2km away 15/20 min walk along the coast or €4 taxi ride. Only downside was that nightly entertainment was a bit invasive if you were in a sea view room. We weren’t but our friends were. Notwithstanding that I would highly recommend.

Great location for beach Breakfast excellent Would like to have been able to store my surfboard somewhere beside the pool and to be able to get in through the side door easier in the morning…at least before 10 - was stuck outside in my wetsuit Service desk very helpful - I got a splinter in my foot and they gave me tweezers

The hotel and most of the staff were great. The rooms where huge. Plenty of choice with the food and drinks. They don’t like to replenish milk and coffee in your room for some reason. As soon as it is 11p.m the bars are closed, will even try before if they can. Overall the hotel and town is just such a chilled place to go with no hustle or bustle. Could do with a sports bar somewhere though.
