Pros: The location near family.
Cons: More staff at the front desk
Location: For me the location was ok but not a great deal to do near by
In the first room the telephone did not work requested a new room. The second room was clean and ready to go but late at night you hear the water running in the toilet I told the front desk but they seamed not interested and told me the maid would catch it but I knew she missed twice no reason to see she would find it now. I reported a tampered window screen like someone tried to break into the room once again they said the maid would catch it.

Not good

We reserved a non smoking room and when we took our bags down and opened the room it smelled like smoke. We called the front desk and the lady stated she would send someone over but no one showed up. We had to buy febreeze from nearby family dollar and still the smell was strong cigarette. The soap in the shower was not new it looked used we had to buy our own. It also took long to check in. I can hear the employees talking in the back and I tried getting their attention. Finally I had to call the hotel and the lady heard the phone and was able to come help me.

Hard Water

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Bedding and mattress need improvement as they are old. Biggest problem was quality of water. Water was hard and it was difficult to wash away soap.

Communication is the hardest thing...

While not all the problems with both my reservations here have to do with the staff communications skills, I feel like they don't always listen to the whole problem and understand what the traveler's needs are. Disabled travelers be advised that they have an elevator to the second floor, which is nice, but not safe in an emergency. BE SPECIFIC that you need a downstairs room! As a positive note, though, the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, as is the whole property. Except for the communications challenges, the staff are friendly.

The employees were very helpfull and courteous and the room was clean. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.
