Pros: The employees.
Cons: Replace towels and improve the looks of the rooms.
Location: Hotel is hard to find the entrance to the parking lot.
Hotel is a remodeled Holiday Inn. Towels are old and stained, room has had water damage on the ceiling was painted, but has bubbled paint. Not worth the cost of the room.

Hotel in transition

Pros: The price made it worth staying for a night. The staff was very nice.
Transitioning from Holiday Inn. Lots of construction so there is some inconvenience. The room was comfortable enough. the traffic noise from I-10 are loud in building 9 BUT if you turn on the fan, it drowns out the traffic sounds. Breakfast was hot and ample

Check was a little hectic since the day wechecked in to find out that the hotel changed names that day to Country Inn. ButBut otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Very nice but kind of shabby. Clean and quiet. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Several electric sockets didn't work, which is challenging with all the devices that need charging. Super loud old AC unit didn't work well. Luckily we were there in the middle of winter.

Coupons for breakfast should be given at check-in. Confusing for us and apparently others as I overheard several people asking about the free breakfast. Musty smell in room. For $125.00 a night we expected more. My omelet the second day had a strange taste. I think the ham was bad. Most all of the staff was very accommodating and professional. Long walk to rooms and no elevator for heavy suitcases was a bummer.

Excelente ubicación, el servicio es muy bueno, el personal demuestra su compromiso y lealtad al cliente. Había algunas remodelaciones en el lobby y Restaurant por lo que va quedar aun mejor.
