The double tree never disappoints! This one is in downtown and near some really nice and high restaurants couple of bars too. The beds are always the best and check out is at noon love that! They a restaurant Casanova really good food didn’t expect that and there bartender was a blast to start of a night of fun.

Took a long time to check in. One person working the desk on a Friday night. On arrival I was charged an addition fee of $100 and was told it was for INCIDENTALS! My room was behind the elevators, very noisy. One elevator was down the entire visit. A second elevator went down Saturday night. A guest was stuck in it for a while. Only one elevator cost me 2 hours of my evening. Overall a very poor experience.

The property was very run down with a lot of water leaks and staining. Our room was okay but there was stains on the couch and the bathroom needs to be updated. Not the best hotel.

Adequate. But more insulation or something needs to be built into the walls for rooms that are adjacent to the elevator shaft. Unfortunately, those rooms reminded me of being above a subway station. Had a job interview and had to make sure I got a good night’s rest, and that wasn’t going to happen with elevator weights and pulleys running 24/7 a few feet away from me. Fortunately, the staff was more than accommodating in setting me up in a different room! That room needs a new lock and sometimes wouldn’t work because the keycard could slip into places it shouldn’t, but the staff was made aware of and helped with that too! Even housekeeping went out of their way to solve problems! Thank you!

Nice hotel. Convenient to downtown. When we checked in the young lady was by herself and it was busy…overall staff were wonderful but the heat in our room did not work. It was an icebox and no extra blankets.

Location was convenient, right off the freeway . We checked in at 10 pm and told front desk that our heater wasn’t working in our room. We were still waiting at 11:15 pm for someone to fix it. Maintenance guy came and looked at it and said he was going to get his tools and we didn’t hear anything else from him. We finally went back downstairs because the phone wasn’t working in our room and they gave us a new room.

Double Tree is a nice hotel set up and amenities. It’s however a little dated and the linens didn’t smell clean. The shower was was also wonky. It sprayed everywhere we had to face it towards the wall of the shower to keep it from spraying and leaking everywhere.

Lovely stay poor restaurant.
Our stay at DoubleTree was excellent in all ways. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. We’d like to especially thank Juan the Assistant General Manager. A very wonderful man. However, dining at the restaurant was a sad experience. We do not recommend having dinner there. We ordered the chicken parmigiana with ravioli. The ravioli was a dismal, hard, disc as was the chicken. The lobster bisque was good and we should have stopped there. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The menu was limited as was the wine selection. It was a huge disappointment considering the price.

The desk clerk was rude. Kept looking at my ID. I am 63 years old and a retired math college professor. I was not offered a water or collie and when she was finished she just looked at me and said. ‘We are done’. I have stayed here many times and never treated like this. She placed me in a room next to the elevator. Noises were loud and I did not sleep well. Will rethink before I ever stay again. And charged my credit card $50 for what??? I had to ask to have that removed.
