“Great hotel for travelers!!”

Love the hotel with the exception of the beds and pillows. We found them to be too soft for our backs. Our rooms were perfect and met all our needs. Thank you!

“Nice hotel”

We were there for three nights. Room and hotel were clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Friendly and competent staff. The only negative was that our door key quit working twice.

“Great for a family!”

Our stay was very short, but the rooms were very comfortable. We had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. I will stay there next time we are in El Paso, and stay longer. I loved that it had a full sized refrigerator, dish washer and stove, if we would need it. But the bedrooms and bathrooms were so great, comfy and roomy enough. Loved it! Plus, there was a TV in every room, so everyone could watch their own show.

“Great deal for the money”

We were visiting our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids who are at Fort Bliss. Our room was a good size to have them over and open Christmas presents and not feel crowded. There was a full kitchen area, even though we didn't really use the appliances. We stayed two nights and our supplies were repleneshed on night two, except for washcloths. The bathtub drain was very slow and I informed the desk about that. Other than those two incidents, the overall experience was great and purchasing through Expedia was a money saver versus purchasing throught the facility directly. The free breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were great too.

“pretty good”

This hotel was comparable with other hotels around the airport visually. Nice. Beds were comfortable. Couch in the main room was cheap, not overly soft, and covered with rough fabric though. The gym was okay but had no temperature controls so it was intensely hot. Lots of breakfast options including many hot ones. I would stay there again, but I've stayed at more consistantly awesome hotels too. It's pretty good for El Paso.

“Extreme $$ nonrefundable pet deposit”

The hotel was very clean and a good breakfast. Would stay there again but not with an animal.

“Great for the price!”

The room seemed to be larger than the regular embassy suite rooms, which made it a comfortable place to have a family. The hotel was an older hotel, yet had a unique ambiance that was not hotel in the box feel. Staff was extremely responsive to our all of our service request and were polite and friendly.
