I did not like that the bedsheets were dirty. They had not cleaned the 2 rooms we booked. Also, the restroom seemed dirty and they did not have shampoo or soap in the dispensers. The noise in the hotel was horrible. You could hear children running in the floor above us. We could also hear people talking in the hallway at night. I also thought that it was very unprofessional that the lady from the front desk went knocking twice after midnight asking us how we rented the rooms. I explained nicely the first time even after they had waken us up at 2 a.m. in the morning, that we booked it through Expedia. The lady from the front desk kept insisting that the two rooms that they had given us earlier that day belonged to somebody else. She wanted to know who gave us the rooms. I explained that a young man in reception was the one that gave us the rooms. She left and then came back 40 minutes later knocking asking us the same question. I repeated myself that we had the rooms already paid through Expedia and that a young man in reception was the one that gave us those room. After the lady kept insisting that she didn't know why we had the rooms since they belonged to somebody else, she finally left and we were able to go to sleep. It was a horrible experience.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast is non existent. They said they ran out if butter at 8:30 am. There was one old sad orange, old bagels and cereal that was crushed to powder pretty much. Staff was friendly. Not bad for the price except breakfast

The property was clean and the staff as helpful as they could be. The physical systems of the hotel are terrible. 1. It took 3 tries before we could get a key card to work. 2. The phone in the room did not work (so I had to go to the front desk with the TV remote problem) 3. There was no TV remote in the room - we tried 2 others and none worked. 4. I came down to breakfast at 0700 and there was very little left.

Overall good. Breakfast wish it was more varieties. But gets you filled up. Shower head was old and molded with built up water salt. Main lock was worked but you could see insure the room or the outside. Needed to be filled up and fixed. Elevator was rocky and did not acknowledge 3rd floor.

Not a great place to stay. Our reserved room was not available at check in so we were given the ADA unit. No one is ever at the front desk when needed. The shower hot water took about an hour to come up warm. The room ceiling lights did not work. The television channels take forever to change. The HVAC unit is really noisy and will not shut off on its own The lavatory sink stopper did not work. The cooridor carpeting was filthy.

Coffee machine and juice machine was not working, breakfast was limited with just bread and doughnuts. Cleanliness is missing and bathroom doors were not closing properly and hairdryer was not working.

Don’t stay here. Our bathroom was full of hair and room was not vacuumed. I requested for them to clean it and they never did. I went to ask for a broom and I did it myself. All covers and sheets smelled like arm pit/body odor. Had to get my own from my car. Tub was disgusting. Lights inside were flickering. Iron was not properly working. There were no remotes for the tv available. We had none. The hallways in the hallway were so dirty as if they had not been vacuumed in weeks. Management was bad. Front desk were giving rooms to new guests that were already occupied. Major confusion at check in. Don’t stay here.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my room, amenities and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Room included: tv, microwave, fridge and very strong internet. Wonderful choice for El Paso.

Low quality motel
Everything about this hotel was below standards. The check in was very curt and unfriendly. The room had shaved hairs on the sink, candy under the bead, globs of hair on the bed and the bathroom had mildew and ripped shower curtains. The room was cramped, the noise from upstairs was disruptive the whole night. It was a terrible property and not worth staying at.

Staff was great. Lack of hot water for shower was an issue. Maybe upgrade or add more hot water heaters. Breakfast area wasn't ready. Waffle irons weren't plugged in and warmed up. No plates, napkins or knives until we asked for them. Orange juice was watered down. Staff tried to do their best but it didn't seem like they had worked thd breakfast area before and didn't know where things were. They couldn't help with the no hot water issue.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel ever! I have never walked out from a hotel until this one. When I entered my room, the curtains were on the floor and the room smelled like drainage combined with strong chemicals. I complained and I received another room, which had a stronger drainage smell. Inmediately I asked for my money and they said hotels.com had to contact them. Well the phone number of the property somehow doesn't work and it sends you to their national call room. I literally spent hours trying to contact them and get my money back without sucess. I even emailed her manager "Jeesha" and obviously no answer. Stay away from this hotel and hotel chain
