“Atmosphere exceeded expectations”

“Happy to stay here”

My husband and I came to El Paso to find a home to rent and made a 4 day reservation at the Radisson. There were a lot of positives about this place, I will list them--- the staff was very friendly, clean rooms, they have sleep number beds that were so comfortable, soft and firm pillows, nice towels, mini fridge in room, flat screen tv with cable, free wifi internet in room, nice pool and jacuzzi, central a/c in room, free breakfast and happy hour. When you get there the receptionist will give you breakfast tickets according to the number in your arty and length of your stay. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but I had french toast and another time an omelet. The servers we had were really nice. The happy hour was a joke, you do get two free drinks per person but there was only a selection of 2 wines and 1 beer. The room was really nice, good parking and I never heard the rooms around us. I think if you have high expectations you should be happy here.

“Bad Service”

The hotel staff was lacking customer service experience. Although the hotel was nice, we were moved rooms 3 times before they could set us up in a 2 bed room. I was charged for my hotel stay through the hotel, when in fact they said the card was only to be used for incidentals. I had already paid for my stay through Expedia (a great service). We were also rushed through our breakfast, which only had about 5 options. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on service.

“Would stay here anytime!!!”

“Lovely!”

This hotel was a beautiful oasis in the desert. I was impressed when I opened the door to my room and it had a nice sitting area and mini-fridge. The room service was very reasonably priced and large portions. The outdoor pool and lounge was beautiful and so was the conference room. It had everything a hotel should have. I enjoyed my stay
