“Clean room, close to airport, early morning shuttle”

Stayed at hotel one night prior to early morning flight. Lobby and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Walked accross street for shopping. Early morning shuttle worked great.

“Texas Waffles & More”

Breakfast was unexpectedly excellent. Try the Texas map waffles. You make them yourself and they are delicious. Staff pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. Overall good value.

Spent the weekend at this hotel with my husband. It was a great location. 24H Walgreens is right next door. Movie theater, Target, Starbucks and more are within walking distance or within 1 minute if you drive. I would also recommend the El Paso Surf Club bar and grill about 15-minute drive away. They currently aren't serving alcohol (bummer) but they ought to be one of the best (and great deal) baja-style eatery and fish and shrimp tacos around!

Hotel was in a great location for us and was easy to find. The staff was very helpful with directions and the hotel was very comfortable and clean.

“Winning Wingate”

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was after looking at El Paso and thinking what a dump. Lovely lobby and reception area with breakfast eating area off to one side with plenty of tables, chairs and sofas. Very friendly staff who checked us in quickly and gave us details of hotel amenities including pool, indoor jacuzzi and equipment room. Lovely room which was clean and whilst lacking views was quiet because it was at back of hotel. Couldn't use the pool as too cold (the weather had been very wet up until we arrived and pool had not warmed up) but jacuzzi was excellent after long day driving. Breakfast was upgraded continental style with eggs and sausage as well as usual cereals, juice, coffee and pastries, bagels, etc. Free wifi and free calls, even long distance and mobiles so I was able to call home on my Birthday to speak with elderly Mother and my sons which was great and quite unexpected. If this group can do it, why can't others?

“curtain problem”

This hotel was very clean. The room was really nice and the staff were very friendly. The only problem was that you could not close the curtains on both windows in the suite. We had to pin up the curtains because we did not have time to call the front desk for another room since we got to the hotel so late. I would still recommend this hotel.

“Very nice, but not great.”

Overall I liked this hotel, there were only a few minor things. First the beds were a little to firm for my liking. Second the breakfast buffet was not that great, the waffle maker did not work any of the days that we stayed and the rest of the food choices were little more than a continental breakfast. The staff were freindly and helpful, as well as the room was clean and roomy.

“Weekend Stay”

Overall the stay was good. The only negative was the noise coming from the bathroom, not sure what it was, maybe the air-conditioner.
