“Check the details before booking...”

convenient with a great pool area, but we got a couple surprises. the advertised "free breakfast" wasn't available with our expedia package, and even though we were given a smoking room, we didn't learn until checking in that the entire hotel is non-smoking. it was chilly, windy and uncomfortable on the tiny balcony provided. the bell guy was great - everyone else wasn't even marginally congenial.

“***Worst service and disrespect!!!!*****”

The service was horrible and the guy at the counter(JOHN) was very disrespectful towards me. I simply asked in a polite and calm tone . "Could I please have an additional pillow and two glasses1" He told me no! I asked why and stated sir everything is closed and housekeeping is closed for the night and asked him again to suite me need in what I need to stay there. He stayed " If i asked him again he would call the cops for harassment!" So he I called the cops for him. Still didn't get my pillow and glasses. Never ever will I stay at this hotel and will contact the hotel chain and will make a case of this hotel.

“Wall were too thin.”

Walls must have been very thin because we could hear all of he traffic in the hallway. Fire alarm went off at 5:00 am. Hotel as at the airport so the planes landing and taking off were quite loud.

“Tops in Airport Convenience”

The hotel is a short (5 minutes) walk from the El Paso airport, so it was easy to return our rental car the evening before our early morning flight. There is a hotel bus to the airport if you need it. We found our room to be clean, quiet, and comfortable. The free wi-fi was a plus and the breakfast buffet was a good value.

“Airport Great”

This hotel is just steps away from the baggage claim. You just walk out the doors outside to a walkway and you are at the hotel. Lobby is very nice. Check-in was quick and professional. Suite was nice and enough space. Don't book without the buffet breakfast...it was the BEST I've ever had! Service at the restaurant was excellent. The pool was large, the water slide was fun. Note: if you have small children, they do not let you go down with them! I have a 3 year old and she needed help. Also, the water at the Slide and the kiddie pool was Freezing COLD! The pool was a bit warmer.

“depend on your needs”

We booked this hotel for business for location (cross the street from airport). I was told this is a full facility hotel which I believe it is but not too comfortable for a savy business on-a-go travelers. (you have to step outside to get to your room building and no elevator for second floor - I coudl not open my curtains because I was facing the walkway on the first floor) I must say that customer service was great and staffs were very nice. There aren't many hotels which offers full service hotels in El paso and I hope there will be soon for my next trip back for business...
