Beautiful setting with lots of greenery, sounds of birds, lovely jasmine aroma as you walk through my the grounds. The rooms were immaculately clean and the facilities were great. Our daughter loved the children's pool and we enjoyed the fabulous service from all staff.

Exterior was as expected - beautifully presented. Interior of room was very disappointing, shabby and the bathroom was well below acceptance. Broken slats on uncomfortable mattress, then the ‘fine print’ page mentions fee for pool use. This should be on front page. Very deceptive.

Sant ‘Anna was amazing. It was far better than expected based on information gathered on line. The rooms were great, location was outstanding. We were offered a beach voucher for the local beach ( to use lounge chairs, etc), and use of pool at hotel was included. I mention this because website says you have to pay separately. The breakfast was very good. Service was great and staff was helpful. Great place to stay on the island.

Relaxing resort near the sea
Well maintained, very green and peaceful. Close to a pebbly beach. Not much going on in the town, you need a car to experience the area/island fully. The resort itself is lovely, warning - the pool is *not* adults only though - many kids, splashing, dive bombing and squealing. None of them used the children's pool. Beach and sea much more peaceful if you are a solo traveller/without kids!

Beautiful setting, but simple and little service.
No service. Long walk and hike up stairs to room. No food options after hours. And more like a 15 min walk to the beach (maybe 8 min from entrance, but then another 5-10 min walk to your room). Note that when you stay in the apartments, which we did, the service is and location is different. Much longer walk and no breakfast. Place is good if staying a while, you want space and a kitchen for family. But we were only there for a few days, came in late, and needed to feed the kids.

Like camping but a pretty spot
Gorgious grounds and pool. We were drove up and we're so excited until we entered the unit. It's more like camping in a cabin than a hotel. Very old everything. I'd say it's about a 1 to 2 star. The patio has a nice valley view which was great to eat meals. The nearby beach was rocky which was also a disappointment however it was very calm which was good for my toddler to play.

The location and design of the facilities are perfect. It's a beautiful resort, the restaurant is the best in that area, and the eco-friendly design is timeless. That said, the room interiors are dated, amenities are very limited, and staff are only available for limited times as well.

Beautiful setting, decent rooms
The garden and surroundings of this hotel are spectacular. Green mountains, olive trees, beautiful gardens, gorgeous pool. Awesome for families with spectacular baby pool and a few slides. The restaurant on site is incredible. You can easily walk 5 minutes down to little town with beach and additional restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms themselves were a bit outdated and plain. They could be easily updated to be more comfortable, but the surroundings were top notch.

Beautiful Little Getaway
This hotel was in a secluded little town surrounded by lovely greenery with a cute little beach nearby. I was floored with how expansive the property was and the infinity pool was gorgeous. The hotel side with the rooms were very clean and modern. They were not too small and I loved that the bathroom had a bath. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our many demands. The restaurant on the grounds was cosy and quaint with delicious sea food. I recommend the fish soup and Elba Doc wine! If you do stay here though, I recommend bringing your car on to the ferry or rent a car. It is the best way to get around the island and visit the bigger towns like Portoferraio.

Nice stay
We got a last minute offer for around 85$ a night. It was totally worth it. Very clean. The pool is amazing. Remote place. Naima at the front desk was very helpful and speaks italian, english and french!! Only thing we did not like so much was how firm the bed was. Except that, very nice stay. 5 minute walk from beach. We recommend if you can get a good price.

Unterkunft und Ausstattung waren in Ordnung. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was an heißen Tagen und Nächten ein Problem sein kann. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage Nähe der Wohnung war super! Was uns sehr geärgert hat: Für die Nutzung des Pools muss pro Person und pro Woche zusätzlich ein Betrag von € 30,00 bezahlt werden. Für uns als Familie kam dann gleich ein ordentlicher Betrag dazu! Wir fanden das sehr unverschämt, zumal es eine lange Liste an Regeln/Verboten gibt, die der Bademeister überwacht. Besonders schlimm war für die Kinder, dass weder Ballspielen noch Reinspringen erlaubt war. Im Prinzip darf man nur leise seine Bahnen schwimmen, mit Bademütze, und bloß keinen Spaß haben. Unserer Meinung nach eher für Kinderlose und Rentner geeignet, als für Familien. Echt total schade! Wir würden allein aus diesem Grund nicht nochmal dorthin fahren.

Hotellets omgivningar är fantastiskt vackra. Grönt och blomstrande. Man går runt och bara njuter. Poolen kostar extra och badmössa krävs när man badar. Nära till bra strand med lagom med folk…bra plats både för de som endast vill ligga på stranden utan att betala för solsäng och parasoll. Badvänligt! Själva boendet väldigt slitet och dåligt ventilation i badrum när man duschat. Men om man ser förbi det så tyckte vi väldigt bra om det.

Die Fotos der Unterkunft zeigen leider nicht den realen Zustand. Unser Apartment war nicht sauber, Besteck war dreckig und das Licht auf der Terrasse war kaputt (Erfreulicherweise am selben Tag nach unserer Reklamation repariert). Die Badewanne war alt und schmutzig, der Wäscheständer im Bad war verrostet, die Tür knallte auf das Bidet (zu wenig Platz?), die Schubladen in den Schränken sind nach jahrelangen Gebrauch teilweise kaputt und fallen zusammen. Die Küche besteht nur aus einer Kochplatte, einem alten Kühlschrank und einer italienischen Mokka Maschine. Also man würde für das Geld noch mindestens einen Wasserkocher und eine Spülmaschine erwarten. Leider auch keine Klimaanlage, was uns bewusst war, aber wir haben es danach bereut ein Apartment ohne Klimaanlage gebucht zu haben. Das einzige Highlight war die Terrasse mit ausreichend Platz für ein Esstisch und zwei Wäscheständer. Es wäre nicht schlecht auf der Terrasse einen Sonnenschirm zu haben. Die ganze Ferienanlage bzw. die Position hat uns gut gefallen. 400 m zum Strand und zum kleinen Dorf. Geeignet für Familien, ruhig, große grüne Fläche, einmal die Woche gibt es Musik vor dem Restaurant.

Schöne Anlage.Ruhig.Grosser Pool mit genügend Liegen. Etwas viele Regeln (Neu braucht es im Pool Badekappen und muss man pro Woche dafür bezahlen).Wohnung ist in Ordnung> einfach eingerichtet.Bad müsste wieder einmal saniert werden.Alles in Allem: Empfehlenswert und eine Anlage zum Erholen.

Personnel disponible. Jeune homme à l’accueil sympathique et serviable. L’hôtel est bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer. Belle terrasse de restaurant. Piscine fantastique pour ceux qui aiment faire des longueurs: très grande et relativement peu fréquentée. Le port obligatoire du bonnet en est peut-être la raison.

Struttura fantastica immersa nel verde, con una immensa piscina e a pochi passi dal mare di Bagnaia. Noi siamo stati in famiglia (due adulti e due ragazzi). Possibilità di avere anche animali. Personale gentilissimo. Esperienza perfetta. Torneremo sicuramente appena possibile.

Die Zimmer sind richtig alt und schmuddelig und dreckig. Das wäre nicht mehr als 50Euro wert pro Nacht. Im Pool MUSS eine Badekappe getragen werden. Auch bei 36 Grad Aussentemperatur.

Schönes kleines und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Appartement in schöner und grosser Gartenanlage. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss an den Strand und mit dem Auto in 15-20 Minuten in Portoferraio. Check-in war kurz und freundlich, Probleme (Türe nicht abschliessbar, Ameisen) konnten direkt behoben werden.

Die Unterkunft war ok. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, wenn Sie gute Nachbarn haben, sonst hört man alles... 😏 Das Pool ist schön aber leider könnten wir es gar nicht benutzen, weil ich bei 30°C Grad nicht bereit bin die Badekappe zu tragen. 🙈 Absolut top war die Garage und die Parkmöglichkeiten... so was sehen wir nicht immer also super. Allgemein war es in Ordnung ☺️

Großes Appartement in sehr schöner Anlage
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und großzügig. Das Appartement war groß und funktional mit bequemen Betten und einer großen Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Meer mit einem Steinstrand und klarem Wasser ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Anlage gibt es einen gigantischen Pool, der 30€/ Aufenthalt pro Person kostet. Es lohnt sich. Badekappenpflicht! Wegen Covid wurde der Pool mittags für 1 h geschlossen, damit alles desinfiziert werden konnte. Ein zweiter Pool ist dem kostenlosen Miniclub vorbehalten (vormittags). Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Posto molto tranquillo e bellissimi giardini curati e le piscine pulite per il resto bar la mattina alle ore 8:00 ancora chiuso niente attività di intrattenimento serale o attività per bambini praticamente solo riposo e considerando che nei dintorni non c'è un granché sei costretto a prendere la macchina se vuoi passare la serata

Le site est beau et bien entretenu, Toutefois déçu du vis à vis. Les logements sont côté à côte. Le logement est bruillant et spartiate ( pas de casserole, pas de machine à café ) et surtout pas de climatisation Une seule fenêtre l'acces du studio La direction nous répond normal, la climatisation est réservée à l hôtel . Impensable vue la région L'acces à la piscine pour la semaine est de 30€ par personne ( Pas de decoration ,minimum lit camping)!!! Par ailleurs , très peu de bus dans la journée (très contraignant) sur la station

Appartamento da ristrutturare, stanza da bagno da dimenticare per condizioni e pulizia, angolo cottura vecchio e sporco, mobilio maleodorante. Parco molto curato ma non basta a compensare lo stato di alcuni appartamenti. Io ho speso 1500 € (la piscina si paga a parte) mentre mio fratello ha speso meno per un appartamento più piccolo ma ristrutturato. Avrei preferito anch’io una soluzione più piccola ma rinnovata

Wir hatten ein Zweiraumappartment gebucht und den Fehler begangen, dass wir es für 2 Personen gebucht haben. Geeignet ist es für 4 Personen bei gleichem Preis. Hätten wir bei Buchung 4 Personen angegeben, hätten wir erstens kostenfrei mehr Handtücher bekommen und ein größeres Appartment mit größerer Terrasse bei gleichem Preis. Die Terrasse war sehr klein :(

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Lediglich der nahe Strand ist in keiner Weise schön oder zu empfehlen. Ruhesuchende können sich hier sicher gut aufhalten, wenn man ein bisschen mehr haben will, sollte man anderswo suchen.

Si sta bene!
Camera confortevole letto king-size arredamento retro’ ma in buone condizioni cassaforte Frigo e Wi-Fi. Il bagno un po’ buio con piccola finestra sanitari e rubinetterie non proprio nuovi. Nel complesso buona la colazione eccellente la piscina e il verde e i campi da tennis. veramente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di bagnaia che è molto carina con diversi ristoranti bar un market e la piazzetta. In definitiva nel complesso si fanno pagare un po’ ma la struttura offre dei servizi descritti che altri non hanno. Ci tornerei.

Hotell med fine, rolige omgivelser. Nær stranden.
Fint hotell med hyggelig betjening. Ligger lite sentralt. Vurder leiebil for å komme seg litt rundt og se andre områder. Få restauranter i nærheten, og kun et minimarked med svært begrenset utvalg av mat og drikke.

Einfaches Apartment
Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Garten und verfügt über einen eigene kostenfrei Garage. Das Dorf Bagnaia liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Apartment verfügt über die notwendigen Sachen, hat allerdings wenig Komfort. Zudem waren die Betten etwas feucht und ein penetranter Duftspray wird in den Zimmer versprüht.
